Hotel precioso y con muchísimo encanto

Hotel espectacular, en medio de la nada, para desconectar. El servicio es fabuloso, y el desayuno, de otro planeta. Sin duda un precioso sitio para desconectar y enamorarte de cada uno de sus rincones. Todo hecho y pensado con muchísimo mimo. Muy recomendable

Este fin de semana hemos estado en el hotel. El hotel precioso, y nos sorprendió cuando llegamos y desconectamos muchísimo. Por la noche me di cuenta de que el lavabo (la pica de las manos) perdía agua en su conexión con la pared. Llamamos a los números de emergencia que nos habían facilitado, sin obtener respuesta. Hoy, una vez realizado el check out, hemos comentado en recepción la incidencia y la respuesta ha sido “y qué me quieres decir con esto”. Nos ha sorprendido, ya que no es una respuesta adecuada, y menos en un hotel de esta categoría. Ni se disculpó por el altercado, ni nos dio las gracias por avisar.
Un hotel de esta categoría (4S y relais&chateaux) esperas algo más,… recalco: el hotel es precioso, ubicación espectacular para desconectar, pero son estos detalles los que marcan la diferencia entre volver o no, y recomendarlo o no. Una pena.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, travelling through south east Spain. Service, facilities and quality of accommodation were exceptional and the breakfast was beautiful. It is quite far from the ‘beatten track’ and there is little locally to do other than enjoy the setting of the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel and place,
Pros:

The hotel is an old country house totally rebuilt and redecorated with excellent taste.

The spot is in a meadow, surrounded by forests, just 10 minuts away from Solsona. It's very beautiful.

The only negative points are that the breakfast is way too expensive (28 per person).

My advice is to request not to be put up in a accessible room meaning for people whom may have a disablilty.

Only disadvantage this room had for us was that the shower didn't have a barrier at the bottom and the water sprayed out and got the rest of the bathroom floor wet and that the WC had a higher seat and didn't have a door so smells and noises were "accessible" too.
