Pros:

The easy way to get to and from we're ever I'm at El Centro/ Zona Rosa/ Chapultepec/ night life, awesome restaurants, and transportation is easy, very safe

Cons:

The internet (Wifi) did not work in our unit/ multiple staff members came to assist with no results/ not the staff fault. The cable company and management needs to be more involved/ the building is in a great area easy to get around and safe, it was my 3rd time staying here.

Excelente y amplio departamento bien ubicado.
Pros:

Es un departamento muy amplio, con cocina buen equipada, cama cómoda y ubicación excelente. El personal muy atento. Además tiene servicio de limpieza diaria como en hotel.

Overall a good place but areas need work
Pros:

Plenty of space, well appointed. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Cons:

The internet was slow and sometimes wouldn't work at all. The router was in the hall for all rooms and the signal was weak. Couch was old and uncomfortable. Space was a bit dusty/stuffy

I would think twice before booking this place .
Pros:

The only person I liked was the cleaning lady . She was super nice , always did a great job. Location is good .
Check-in lady has zero costumer skills. I believe she hates her job and everyone that comes to this place.

Cons:

I’ve been staying at this place in the past . But this time a lot of things have changed. Water pressure in the shower was literally dripping. I had to wait 10-15 min to get hot water even dripping just to take a shower somehow.
There were days when the water was dark-yellow like a sewer water . See the pics . Pillows super uncomfortable. Few nights I was dying of cold . Was sleeping dressed because they don’t have a heater .
I had to switch to another hotel for my last two days in Mexico City . Because I can’t be here with no shower , and cold room.
