Beautiful inside and out convenient shopping and highway

Cons:

Pubic hair on the bathroom floor no Kleenex in the Kleenex box. Shampoo bottle was almost empty. Staff were on their phones numerous times when we went down to ask for stuff. And when reading reviews, it said there was unlimited breakfast never run out not true. Got down there 930 almost everything was gone. Tables were covered and greasy leftover food and sticky. Staff couldn’t be found. Had to go to front desk had to wipe the table down ourselves. Come to find out the girl that was working in the kitchen was sitting at one of the tables thumbing through her phone and they were already out of cinnamon apple waffles and she told me she couldn’t get me anymore And then proceeded to sit and stare at me and my family while we ate our lunch very rude. Oh and also the pool was so cold that our two and three year-old grandchildren could barely leave and stand to be in it. They were shivering so bad.

Pros:

The room was wonderful but the pool area was absolutely gross. Was most bummed about this as this is why we chose this hotel for our 2 toddlers. There were clumps of hair everywhere around the pool, old bandaids laying around, and mounds of dirt sitting at the bottom of the pool and hot tub.
