良い場所にあるので今後も利用したい
Cons:

チェックインした際に、コーヒーは無料で24時間いつでも飲めると聞いたと思ったのですが、コーヒーを飲み行くと、朝食の方のみと言われました。
私が聞き間違えていたのかもしれませんが少し残念でした。　ほかのコンフォートは無料で飲めたのですが

Pros:

スタッフの方々の対応が大変丁寧でした。

Cons:

朝食が有料になったにもかかわらず、価格に見合った満足度は無かった。１３連泊をしたのですが、毎日のようにほぼ同じメニューだったので少々飽きまｓた。
パン食がクロワッサン以外なく、生野菜も後半だけだったのが残念でした。

Cons:

朝食付きがなくなり駐車場代も値上がり。
チェックインで事前決済なのに確認せず支払いを要求。
2.３年前のクオリティからだいぶ落ちて残念でした。

Comfort Hotel and Comfort Inn are very different
Pros:

Close to the station and Aquawalk supermarket.

Cons:

Although it is a hotel in the Comfort Group, the facilities and operations are different. Don't expect the same thing Comfort Inn.
