El cuarto que nos tocó es frío, húmedo y la televisión no tiene red. Todo lo demás está muy bien: el hotel tiene mucho espacio, mucha naturaleza. El restaurante sobre el agua es genial. Nos gustó y volveremos.

Reserve con la app y cuando llegue en el sistema del hotel ni la tenían registrada y me solicitaron que mostrara el cargo que se había hecho en los movimientos de mi tarjeta y que les enviara foto y me dieron la habitación lo más lejos hasta que revisaran que en efecto les aparecía el abono de la reserva por lo que tuvimos q esperar.

Nadie estuvo a nuestra llegada para check in, un vigilante nos indicó donde, no habia von quién dirigirse, llegamos cono 9.30 pm,.los colchones en malas condiciones, hicimos multiples llamadas al hotel antes de llegar para evacuar dudas y ningun numero atendio,.ni los publicados en interner, ni los de la app , cero cominicacion hasta el dia lunes como 9.30 am contestaron el whats app, para entonces habiamos ido a otras cabañas cerca de ahi con mejor precio,.bellas y super equipadas, por lo que optamos por dejar perfer la segunda noche.

La propiedad es hermosa, muy limpia,da mucha paz mucha trnquilidad y de verdad todo excelente, el desayuno muy rico, muy accesible en los precios del bar, yo les sugiero que asi sigan, esperamos volver con nuestros familiares para que lo conozcan.
