Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi

I am a regular traveler to Karachi and PC hotel is always the preferred hotel.
The one week stay at the PC has been great as always. While the hotel is rather quiet due to eid period as opposed to the normal lively vibe that is always there at the PC.
Smooth check in and check out, and customer service.., with Imran at front desk and Subiah at customer service, doing some great work to keep the clients satisfied. All special requests and assistance required delivered to satisfaction.
Looking forward to the next stay.

Room is nice, restaurant food is delicious and a lot of options. The staffs are nice and all smiley. Room service is accommodating and Ayman helped me in the reception

Good Environment & Desk Staff

I stayed here with my partner for 10 days and overall had a very comfortable stay. The ambience of the hotel is warm and welcoming, and the free airport shuttle service was good and always on time.

What truly made our stay pleasant was the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant waiting teams, everyone was professional, respectful, and always ready to help at any time of the day. A special thanks to Rabial at the front desk for the support throughout our stay, as well as the room cleaning team who did a great job every day.

However, the building itself would benefit from some upgrades and repairs. We also experienced an issue with the room key, which needed frequent revalidation at reception and became inconvenient over time.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the exceptional service from the staff made our stay enjoyable.

My recent stay at PC Karachi was truly wonderful. The entire staff was very cooperative and attentive to guests’ needs. I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Amna at the reception, who was extremely helpful and made our stay even more pleasant.

I am a female solo traveller who works in Karachi for extended stints. I like staying at the Pearl Continental because of the excellent staff and because there always seems to be something interesting happening, usually with local cultural flavor. The staff in the breakfast room are exceptionally devoted and friendly and I give a shout out to breakfast waiters Afridi, Ayoob, Naeem, and Sher Majeed.

The room cleaning crew on the 7th floor including Shoaib, Prakash, and Rayhan deserve commendation for their attention to detail and the comfort of guests.

At the front desk Sharif and Osama make sure that everything goes smoothly and are extra helpful.

I trust my luggage matters to Yusuf who takes special care of storing and loading.

Very nice, calm, and welcoming place! The play area is spacious and filled with lots of fun toys for kids to enjoy, which keeps them happily engaged. The environment feels safe and relaxed, making it great for parents too. A special mention to Nosheen, who watches over the kids so kindly and attentively, she’s amazing with them. The front office staff are also very polite and helpful, which makes the overall experience even better. Definitely a great place for kids to play and have fun!

It was so amazimg to visit pc again as i always prefer pc over everything. Had an amazing time. All the staff was welcoming. The housekeeping would ask twice a day of we require anything. The reception always willing to help. I need to mention Ayman from the front desk did her upmost to make our stay a memorable one. I would definitely be back because of the great staff team.

It’s always a wonderful experience staying at PC last time I had to go to Marriot as I couldn’t find rooms at PC and I must say PC is far too ahead in terms of comfort, appointment, cleanliness, service and friendliness

My husband and I booked our room in PC twice once for our wedding in 2024 and then again in 2025 to make new memories at PC both of the times Madam Nosheen helped us out with room bookings and she made sure everything was perfectly handled throughout our stay, she was helpful and welcoming.
The rooms were neat and clean, the cleaning staff came every day to clean the room for us. 10/10 service!

I came pearl continental first time and the experience was too good with the go play area miss nosheen was way too humble and she was very kind and front office staff was very professional and i am really impressed with thr professional behaviour of miss Albiha from guest relations we was well groomed and helpful thorough out the stay i wish to come back again and looking forward for great experience again thank you for making my stay memorable and comfortable

The FOD team is very initiative, generous and helpful. My baby girl visit goplay and she literally enjoy alot. The environment and services was excellent. The entire set up was absolutely fabulous. I specially thankful to Miss nosheen the guardian of goplay.😊keep it up👍
