I had a good stay at PC hotel Karachi. The staff was very hospitable and respectful. Especially Mr. Sharif at reception with smooth checkin and checkout process. Thank you.

Brilliant
Pros:

House keeping was excellent, reception staff especially Mr Sharif was a fantastic example of customer service. Facilities and ambiance of the hotel including security was excellent.

Cons:

Service at the breakfast was very average, take away coffee cups were always low in quantities, waiters were not attentive, and there was hardly any variety of food

Crazy Good
Pros:

They gave us the honeymoon suite because it was our first night and the arrangements were lovely, size of the room came as a surprise as it was HUGE. Abiha GRO and Kamran were amazing

Cons:

There was nothing to unlike about the room everything felt little too amazing . Highly recommended for all the new couples. Room service is also amazing

Fantastic staff!!!
Pros:

The staff was great! Special mention to the unique Rubial from reception and the fantastic Jona from the health center.

Cons:

The rooms need renewal, especially the bathroom is not up to the price standards

Rooms are excellent, bathrooms are poor and the cot we received was completely unacceptable
Cons:

The bathrooms are seriously outdated, the taps sinks, shower, shower basin are old. The toilet is positioned in the middle of the the bathroom, you can literally walk around it.
