Pros:

Friendly staff and very clean. Location is great. You don’t have to drive anywhere. Everything is walking distance. Hacienda offers bikes.. we went biking downtown and had a great time !

A exceptional experience, especially at Christmas
Pros:

I liked everything! The Hacienda itself is like going back in time a hundred years but retaining all of the comforts and conveniences of modern times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and all of them spoke good English. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the Hacienda's restaurant and I would call the food nothing short of exceptional. The bar makes a great margarita to sip on while you take in the old-world ambience of it's decorations and furnishings. On Christmas Eve there is a beautiful posada that starts at the hacienda and threads through the neighborhood with everyone carrying candles and singing Christmas hymns while Mary rides a donkey with the Christ child. It ends in the chapel at the hacienda. It will truly bring the Christmas spirit upon you.

Es bonito el lugar, sin embargo, cierran el servicio de bar o restaurante muy temprano; no hay servicio a la alberca y la mayor oportunidad, son los colchones; le ponen una colchoneta de esponja arriba porque el colchón está dañado y es muy incómodo; te hundes en el.

Beautiful property. Very colonial Mexican and tastefully decorated. Well maintained

Cons:

Requested room to be close to friends. While the room we received was somewhat close it was right at the front of the resort and right by reception and where guests entered and exited the resort so at times it was noisy. We were offered a different room when we expressed concern with the first but it was a distance away and had no views.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Excelente hotel, son 4 haciendas conectadas entre sí, con una decoración donde cuidan cada detalle. una estancia de 2 noches increíbles!! Muchos jardines, fuentes, albercas, 2 restaurantes, todo el personal es muy atento y amable, está ubicado a 200 mts de la plazuela, la habitación que reservé es muy amplia con sala y un baño enorme con tina.
