Breakfast was more than adequate with good variety for many different tastes. I particularly liked the cook your own Belgian waffle set up.
Having been a frequent guest at your hotel, I found that some of the rooms did not have doors. I prefer a bit more privacy. Also as a frequent guest, it would be nice to have some kind rewards program like Wyndham. Even a small discount would be nice on the 11th stay.
Very handy if you have a patient across the street at St Mary’s Mayo. The Canadian Honker restaurant attached to the hotel was fabulous!! Great price! Free afternoon cookies were awesome!

Price very affordable, good location, good staff

The room was a little stale smelling and the decor did seem old and a bit shabby; however, it was definitely an adequate place to stay for a night while my husband had surgery at Mayo

We have stayed in Aspen Inn 5 times now while in Rochester and every stay has been great. Rooms are clean and we'll appointed! Everything you could need is there! Breakfast, laundry, shuttle service !

Got a little chilly first night due to boiler being shut off but asked for more cover and got them.
I had surgery at Mayo in Rochester, MN. We stayed at Aspen Hotel since it was across from St Mary's. The room was a consistent 76 degrees. I called the front desk, spoke to a woman and she said there was nothing they could do about it. She was quite rude and I dont get offended easily. They sent a fan up to our room and it barely put out any air. We went to Walmart and bought a fan so we could sleep as we didnt sleep the first night due to the heat in the room. The ice makers were not working in our hotel so we had to go to Aspen Suites next door and get ice from that building. It may seem minor but when you are there to have a procedure, can't fill your ice packs or sleep because it's too hot, thr minor things are a big issue. Disappointed and will not return.
My room was located on the 4th floor and was clean and comfortable, but I had no Wi-Fi connection. I had Wi-Fi in the lobby but not in my room. I was there again in February and again on the 4th floor and still no Wi-Fi.
Also the front desk people weren’t very friendly. It’s my experience that the first person you come in contact with is the first impression you get. A smile and welcoming would make a big difference in bringing back return customers.
We stayed here while a family member was receiving treatment at Mayo. The hotel is conveniently located to multiple Mayo facilities, which was great. They also provide a helpful shuttle service for getting around.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. There is a nice breakfast and coffee that's provided each day. The staff were helpful and courteous. There's also a number of nice restaurants nearby.
Our stay occurred during a difficult time but we're grateful for their affordable price, convenient location, and helpful staff.
