Very convenient and well run hotel Front desk staff were excellent as well as the dining room staff.
Pros:

Service in the restaurant was excellent. The menu is limited at both dinner and breakfast. Dinners were boring, my breakfast choice was oatmeal with berries. The oatmeal was literally overflowing the bowl, there were approx 10 blueberries and it came with a container of raisins, which I thought was low rent and weird.
Wait staff were excellent.

Cons:

Only the food. Our dinner was a weird combo of pasta, spinach and feta cheese with a tomato sauce.

Will stay there again … and again … and again.
Pros:

Walking distance to theatre, rooms were great, staff exceptional. Special thanks to Emma at the front desk. She went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful for her kindness.

Pros:

Breakfast, Parking, Location.

Cons:

No housekeeping service. In suite party (noise next door). Steam/hot bath went on on the middle of the night (loud noise). Spoke with frond desk about it.

Hotel is walking distance from the festival theatre which was perfect

staff was lovely. the beds were comfortable, the pillows were fantastic, loved having a fridge and there was plenty of parking.
