Pros:

Exceptional hotel! Very welcoming atmosphere and from upon entering, to the pool, the hot tub and the room, everything was extremely clean and well maintained.
Great location to get everywhere.
The room cost is very reasonable, and you definitely get your monies worth.
The restaurant is a must go to, and I highly recommend the chicken linguine carbonara!
Could not recommend the hotel more!

Great for a staycation.
Pros:

My wife and I are seniors and we enjoy this hotel for short staycations during low season times. I am a rewards member and prices always seem reasonable for the amenities available and quality of the room and hotel generally. The pool area is the main draw for us with an "easy enter" pool temperature and comfortable "hot bath" hot tub. Private change rooms have rinse off showers and there are always lots of towels. You can get a nice, free, coffee (various types) from a lobby machine to enjoy while on a lounger on the pool deck. The pool deck has a rubberized, non slip surface, which is quite unique and very much appreciated.
We always have a dinner in the in-house restaurant which has a lovely decor. The menu has lots of choices and there are daily, 3 course specials. The food has always been good, service excellent and prices are always reasonable. Ample parking is free. If you don't mind getting some exercise, (we do) it's a 20 minute flat walk to the downtown and a little less to the Festival Theatre area.

Convenience of location. Liked there were ample large pillows on beds.

Cons:

Expected a microwave in the room as I am not a coffee drinker. Parking was bad due to conventions going on. Have limited mobility and very b few handicap parking.
