Hotel was amazing, breakfast was even better

Clean and spacious room, great location right on I75, breakfast was included, food choices were limited but ok. Definitely a great value! Overall highly recommended!
Clean rooms, nice bathroom, Ac was not loud, spacious room
When we arrived they had lost the reservation I made in July with them. They had one room left but not two queen beds just a king. Luckily after some time she was able to switch a room around and get us two ladies two beds. We came back our first day and our beds were not made the trash was not emptied and no fresh towels. I was told I had to go down the hall by the elevator and empty my own trash. I do want to mention that the breakfast was good and the staff was great.

I only had a very quick overnight stay here, but this Best Western was great and I would've happily stayed longer. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good (and busy), staff were friendly.
I booked a "king with sofa bed" room, and my room had a king bed and... two small chairs. Two chairs does not equal a sofa bed. I didn't need the sofa bed, but I was hoping for a sofa/couch of some sort. It was a quick stay, but for a longer one that would have bothered me. Also, there's only one machine in the breakfast area that produces coffee in the morning, and when I showed up at 6:30am for breakfast there was a line of 5+ people already waiting for the coffee machine. Why have hotels moved away from the big carafes of regular coffee? Those fancy machines take forever and it tasted terrible; I had to go elsewhere for coffee.

It’s usually clean, has a good location.
My room was moldy, it smelled awful, it was a musty mold smell. They had a dehumidifier in room, it filled up gallons of water, and had to be emptied 3 times just within the 2 days I was there.
The toilet handle didn’t work either, I had to stick my hand in back of toilet, and lift the unit inside to release the water.
It was an awful experience. I have oxygen issues, and wear a cpap to bed. After checking out of hotel, and using my cpap afterwards the following nights, it was completely tarnished with the musty mold smell.

I didn't like anything about that hotel; it was one of the worst places my wife and I have ever stayed. There was dampness in the rooms, and the front desk staff had a bad attitude.

There was no Internet, the room was dark, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There were lizards inside the room, and the trash wasn't collected either. They didn't restock the shampoo and body wash. It was a terrible experience. I couldn't leave that same day because of heavy rain and bad weather.
I DEMAND A REFUND.
