Pros:

Poloha vynikajúca, v pešej dostupnosti do centra. Vybavenie hotela a izby je nadštandardné a čistota je na vynikajúcej úrovni. Vianočná výzdoba bola nádherná. Chcem vyzdvihnúť poctivé denné upratovanie, vždy sme mali všetko - každý deň nové papuče, všetky potrebné hygienické a toaletné potreby. Raňajky sú skutočne super, každý deň je niečo nové. V ponuke bol pestrý výber mäsových výrobkov, syrov, ovocia, zeleniny a pečiva. K dispozícii však boli aj miestne špeciality, pizza, zákusky, vajcia pripravené na rôzne spôsoby. Ďalej boli k dispozícii aj ovocné šťavy, rôzne čaje a zariadenia na prípravu rôznych druhov kávy. Osobitne chcem pochváliť veľmi ústretový a milý personal s dobrou znalosťou angličtiny, najmä na recepcii. Zamestnankyne recepcie nám poskytli rôzne miestne odporúčania a zodpovedali všetky naše otázky nadštandardným spôsobom. Tento hotel môže hrdo niesť označenie štyroch hviezd.

Cons:

Počas nášho pobytu sa nevyskytli žiadne nedostatky.

Отель распаложен в центре города,рядом магазины,кафе,Номера прасторные,светлые,большие,матрасы широкие,мягкие.Персонал превосходный,девочки на кухне-это другая сказка.Завтраки вкусные,разнообразные.Вообщем спасибо,мы прекрасно провелии праздники.

Thank you to the wonderful hotel team. The hotel was excellent. The staff were very kind and polite, especially the reception team, in particular Arina and Vladimir. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff always had a smile. The rooms were clean. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Cons:

The staff at the pool was very unfriendly, which made my family and me feel stressed. Unfortunately, we only used the pool once due to the inappropriate behavior of her. The hotel could also have offered better views

Pros:

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber trotzdem komfortabel und sauber. Es ist vom Flughafen aus gut zu erreichen und das Einchecken ist unkompliziert. Es liegt allerdings nicht ganz im Stadtzentrum.

Pros:

Yes the Hotel meet our expectations and yes we liked a lot that we could use the pool until 22:00! The locations was also very convenient due the Metro station proximity.

Cons:

I think that it needs a bit of renovation because it dates back from other decade but it is not an issues, it is just a personal point of view.

Pros:

Le chambre était grande, propre , la seule chose c’est une tv un peu plus grande serait appréciable et peut être quelques touches de décoration . Le petit déjeuner est top, il change tous les jours et il y a de tout .

Belle piscine ( attention ce n’est pas écrit mais il faut apporter ses claquettes en plastique sinon vous pouvez ne pas avoir accès à la piscine )
