Great information from the clerk Mona and the bed was great and the place very clean.
Pros:

The clerk attending the desk Mona was very helpful. If all clerks attending to guests had her personality it would be a great visit any where. The bed was very comfortable and the it was very clean. Thanks again to Mona.

Cons:

Missed having breakfast available at least a roll or muffin.

Pros:

There was no breakfast. But we lost something in the room and called a few hours later and the staff said they found nothing left in our room. hum !

Cons:

Couldn’t help us find what was left in the room.ok but wouldn’t return there, as we suspect the staff was not quite honest.

When we went to check jn lady said we could get a refrigerator if we paid an extra 8 bucks never told us thst would give us a better bigger room then later was not available and then tv would not work had to come in room 6 times I would like a full refund it sucked it was a get away for me and my husband alone time ya we did nothing with eachother

I did not like anything about my stay.

Cons:

I never saw anyone. I got checked in by a remote worker on a video screen in the lobby. The place is under construction or something - definitely does not look like the photos they have online. It is a con - short and simple. Also, there was a cockroach in my room. It is rundown and they're trying to play it off like it isn't. Probably close to going out of business. The room is sparse. The Wi-Fi cut in and out for the TV. There was one outlet that worked. The lights in the room are flourescent and harsh. There are zero amenities here - it is turn and burn. The lights were flickering in the hallway. This is a one star hotel.

Location was very close to my event. The staff is always very nice.

Cons:

I understand that the facility is in the midst of a renovation. It was very clean considering it could have been very dusty. I just wish that there were coffee pots and refrigerators in the room. I've been coming here for many years. I wish they had better lighting. It's extremely bright and right over top of the beds. Very hard to sleep if someone has the light on.

Check in was a computer with a person on it live to a while line stated to form and there was workers at counter why couldn't they help
Elevator broken
Room wasn't inviting cement walls felt like a jail cell bare minimum but you get what you pay for
