Stays longer than 28 days are not possible
Pros:

The price is reasonable, and the service is very kind and servicing.

Cons:

IMPORTANT FOR LONG STAYS: I booked for a stay of 40 days, and when arrived, after 12 hours flight, they told me I was not able to stay longer than 28 days. They made me call Booking to change this, and they didn't allow me to check in until this was solved. It was an awful experience, to handle this after a long day of travel. As a result, I didn't have a place for the rest of the stay, and I had to book a different hotel. Booking didn't provide any real solution either.
DO NOT BOOK HERE for longer stays, you will not be able to stay.

Apart from that the hotel is very noisy, as many guests are very disrespectful. They kindly changed my room for one in the second floor and it improved a little, however some guy at 5AM with loud music in his car was our morning alarm for a few days. Not nice.
We found a couple of cockroaches.

Pros:

The shower. I always thought it was weird that value hotels had bathtubs…like, who is going to take a bubble bath in a Motel 6? This room had a nice size walk-in shower with a glass door. Definitely an upgrade.

Cons:

No lamps in the room, no reading lamps by bed either, your choice was a single light switch that controlled wall mounted fluorescent tube lights like in an office building. Just really weird and not conducive to a calm relaxing evening.

Clean, no frills place to spend the night.
Pros:

Great price and easy location. Hotel was very clean and we felt safe. Always a few people hanging out by the outside entrance, but they were friendly. Well-lit parking lot. Check-in was easy.

Cons:

Walls were nice and thick so you couldn't hear neighbors, but any noise in the hallway was very easy to hear. Well-lit parking lot was great, but also very bright light in the room. Room was very bare-bones. No soap in the dispenser, no coffee maker in the room. Shower took about 15 minutes to warm up and weak spray.

I wish I could give them a 0, no staff available in the mornings or not only a kiosk, rude staff when they are there, threatened to take my deposit away for telling another customer what my delay was, threatened to get kicked out for telling other customers what I was waiting in line for at the kiosk

Very nice after we were able to switch rooms. Thank You!
Pros:

The king size bed was super comfortable!! The young man working when we got there was super nice and super helpful!

Cons:

The room we originally booked was small and the bathroom was huge. We are disabled but not wheelchair bound. It didn’t have a fridge or anything. We were able to get a different room (for a fee) and it was very comfortable
