Εξαιρετική επιλογή!
Pros:

Ηταν η 4η φορά που πήγαμε και θα ξανά πάμε.. όλα είναι άψογα. Πλούσιο πρωινό και βραδινό. Αρκετή ζέστη σε όλους τους χώρους.

Вратата на банята не се затваряше, нямаше тапа във ваната, за да се предотврати изтичане на вода, и нямаше контакти близо до леглото.

Sejur cu aventuri și final frumos.
Pros:

Pentru mine a fost un sezon plin de peripeții....
Personal drăguț, în drum spre hotel, mașina noastră s-a defectat și am rămas o noapte în Varna până am repatriat mașina și am adus alta din țară.
Ne-au înțeles și la solicitarea noastră ziua pierdută, ne-a fost adăugată la sfârșitul sejurului...
Mulțumim ...!!!
Acum, ce mi-a plăcut :
Curățenia zilnic;
Prosoape schimbate, zilnic;
Mâncarea a fost cu gust și variată;
Apă la piscină acceptabilă;
Transportul la și de la Gondola, acceptabil;
Căldură în cameră.

Pros:

Всичко беше хубаво! Стайте са просторни, чисти и удобни! Персонала е на ниво отзивчиви,мили,гостоприемни винаги усмихнати което се вижда рядко по хотелите вече!Също ми направи добро впечатление по време на закуските и вечерите че шефовете бяха там и те бяха много мили и с гостите и персонала! Помолихме камериерките за чаршаф да си го сменя те каза че ще го свършат те дори частично допълнително ще изчистят стаята, казах че няма нужда те с усмивка ми отвърнаха че това им е работата аз да не се притеснявам за нищо много мили и усмихнати жени бяха на 21.03.2026! Закуската и вечерята на блок маса бяха страхотни доста вкусни имаше избор на ястия и десерти както и винаги пресни плодове! Благодаря за всичко дано се съхраните така и все повече доволни клиенти!

Има нужда от малко интериорно реновиране по стайте.
