We enjoyed are stay at the Hotel Bansko Spa & Holiday. I would come again.
Pros:

The location was at the edge of the city which gave us a nice view of the mountains. It was a 15 minute walk into the center of town where a lot of the restaurants are but it's not a bad walk. There is a free parking lot located directly across the street from the hotel and this was very convenient. Also, we had breakfast included in our stay. The buffet had a wide variety of options for breakfast.
