服務非常得好，我們６大２小訂了３間房，入住時花了一些時間處理，但服務人員態度都很棒，最後一天還幫我們代訂計程車到熊本機場，省去昂貴的包車費用，推薦入住

房間真的是很小，本次有一間是入住熊本熊主題房，熊本熊很可愛，但房間小到覺得熊本熊的玩偶很佔位子，2大1小加上行李箱，基本上沒有走動的空間，雖然知道日本的飯店房間都不大，但沒想到這間跟商務旅館一樣小

酒店地理位置很好 房间也很宽敞 住的熊本熊主题房，体验感拉满，房门口就有公车站 距离路面电车和商店街也很近 步行几分钟就到 很方便，早餐很丰盛很美味，可以吃到很多熊本的乡土料理，每天都有不同菜品

駐車場有ですが軽自動車でもH150以下しか入らず向かいの契約駐車場は満車、雨の中荷物を持って移動しなければなりませんでした。11階の部屋の窓からは他のホテルしか見えず残念でした。
