The emergency bell and in-house announcements will be played during the inspection.

スタッフがとても親切！
Pros:

スタッフ様が駐車場の件や、チェックインの手続き等の説明を親切丁寧に接客して頂きとても分かりやすかったので助かりました。

整體來說推薦，尤其有安排熊本城的。
Pros:

位置不錯，走路兩三分鐘到下通，下通晚上也很熱鬧，熊本城走路約10分鐘，走路5分鐘有一間Mall，早餐還不錯。

Cons:

中規中矩的酒店，房間整體偏小，不過房間佈置顯然設計過，行李箱還是打得開。

Pros:

Close to metro stations and good room size for double twins bed in Japan. Overall clean vibe for the stay.

熊本らしさを堪能できました
Pros:

ツインで予約していましたら、くまモンルームを用意してくださいました。熊本の良い思い出になりました。
静かでゆっくり過ごせました。朝食のバイキングはリーズナブルで美味しく、お腹いっぱいになりました。また宿泊したいです。

地理位置優秀，房間乾淨又設施齊全，性價比不錯
Pros:

地理位置非常好，離櫻町車站、電車站、上下通、熊本城都很近，要觀光和吃飯皆方便。
旅館大廳的布置和熊本熊套房很可愛，房間和浴室也很乾淨。
自助早餐很好吃，有日式、西式可選，還有九州當地食材，餐廳也很寬敞乾淨。

Cons:

房間有許多熊本熊玩偶，因此空間稍微小了一點，無處可放的話只能放地上了....
