最高！また泊まりたいです✨✨
Pros:

お部屋が綺麗、くまモンが沢山いて素敵だったので予約を秘密にしていた娘にサプライズができました
旅行最後の日に最高の気分が味わえました

Cons:

なし！　自動チェックインなのにずっと横で教えて下さったり、写真を撮ろうとしてくださったり大変親切でプロ✨な感じでした。朝食もご当地のものが少しずつ食べられて嬉しかったです。

Pros:

朝食時に咳き込んだら、会場のスタッフの方が、そっと風邪薬を差し入れてくれた。さりげない気遣いが良かった。

Cons:

チェックインの時、氏名のひらがな入力と本人確認の作業に手間取った。スタッフがパソコンの端末から打ち込むような手助けをしてくれたので、手続きは完了した。

くまモンルーム最高でした！
Pros:

傘を持ってて開けずらいドアを開けてくれたりとホテルスタッフの方々が親切丁寧だった。
全体的にとても清潔だった。　
朝食ブッフェにスイーツまであって嬉しかった。

Cons:

強いて言えばホテルの立体駐車場の車高制限に引っかかり止められなかったことでしょうか、でも近くのパーキングへの案内がとてもスムーズでした。
