清潔で、夕食も美味しかった。特にご飯が美味しかった。雨の為、屋上が閉鎖されていて残念だった。
まだオープンされてから3年と言うこともありとてもキレイな宿でした。
湯畑からの距離も近くとても便利。楽しめました♬
お料理も創作料理で鮮やかでとても美味しくいただけました。
ただ、建物が混み合っている中に宿があるので窓越しは各建物のバックヤードが見えたりしているので、景色は期待できません。
でも総合的には満足しています。
また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
家族3人の温泉旅行で利用。子供と言っても大人。
裏草津なので人の通りが少なく、ちょっと歩けば湯畑に行けて便利な立地。
お昼の12時頃からチェックイン手続き、駐車がお願いでき便利。
スタッフの接客、部屋の手入れが行き届いており印象が良かった。
食事は夕飯、朝食共に美味しくコスパが良い。
残念な点は、ビールの価格が高い、ゲスト用の布団が寝心地、駐車場が遠いのが残念だった。
総合的には満足できる宿泊施設です。

とても綺麗で過ごしやすいお部屋でした。靴を脱ぐところと部屋がしっかり仕切られているのも良かったです。朝食がとても美味しかったです。アメニティもオーガニックな製品で気に入りました。スタッフの方も親切で、心地よく過ごせました。

部屋数が多くないせいかのんびりと過ごすのにとても良いホテルです。スタッフの方は海外方も多かったのですがとても親切丁寧な接客をしてくださいました。大浴場のシャワーヘッドとドライヤーがリファで嬉しかったです。終日雨だったため屋上で星が見られず残念。。客層も日本人が多かったので静かに過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。
This hotel was great to stay in. The room was very spacious with tatami mats and two areas to sit down and relax/work on computer including a nice couch with a table and desk with a chair. The bed was very comfortable, the restaurant was delicious, and the spa was amazing. I had a great stay here.

很極致的旅遊體驗，美食溫泉景點，每一個都滿分。硬要挑毛病則是露天吧台略嫌可惜。

朝食だけのプランが多いですが懐石料理をフランス料理のコース風にアレンジした夕食もおいしいのでおすすめです。

ご飯も窓際で半個室のような空間でゆっくり食べれて料理も全部美味しかったです！
娘がお漏らしをしてしまいクリーニン代も覚悟してましたが大丈夫ですよと言っていただいてとても助かりました

創作懐石料理が美味しかった。朝食もバイキングではなく、手の込んだ料理が少量ずつ食べられてとても良かった。夕、朝食どちらも洒落た器に盛られ、料理を引き立てている。ただ、ワインは高い割にはアルコール臭くて、口に合いませんでした。
食事とお風呂と部屋は、満足できましたが、エレベーターが一台とか、駐車場が遠いし、チェックアウトの時間が、長すぎました。もう少しフロントを大きくして欲しいです。
部屋は広く快適で、食事も美味しかったです。
エレベーターが１機のみで待ち時間が長く感じた点と、屋上の貸切露天風呂がメンテナンスで使えなかったのは残念でしたが、総合的に見るととても良い宿で、また来たいとおもいます。
