Dirty rooms in fifth floors please renovate
Breakfast was horrible
rooms were of damp/mold smell. Cigrette smell was all around

Hotel infrastructure is good spacious rooms, good food.
Price 3K for a night excluding taxes, meals and breakfast is not a deal at all - Staff is unresponsive, management ignorant and greedy. Definitely not expected. I booked 2 rooms through booking.com - to confirm status when i spoke they offered me a rate which was lower than booking.com and later denied. Met GM but absolutely a waste of time. The iron and iron board were in really bad condition. Nobody cared for the experience of guest
