Pros:

The room had everything we needed & more. The shower was fantastic and toiletries provided were good quality.
Probably the first time I have been away and slept well!
We were guests at the kings garden party so ideal location to walk.

Pros:

The hotel was all excellent, especially the staff who were incredibly helpful and cheerful. The facilities were very good and the location was perfect for our visit to London.

A super hotel in a great location with really lovely staff. Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and fri
Pros:

The hotel is super central and in a very safe and convenient area of London. With just a short walk from Buckingham Palace and Victoria train station you really couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were super pleasant and friendly, they even put together a lovely 30th birthday surprise for us. The facilities inside the room were super, with a coffee machine, kettle, sink and microwave.

Cons:

I drew the short straw and was on a camp bed, the room was advertised as ‘3 single beds’, they weren’t exactly lying but it definitely wasn’t as comfy as a proper bed so this was slightly disappointing but it was fine.

Really clean with a lovely vibe and super comfy and quiet.
Pros:

Staff very accommodating and let us change in a room for the garden party.

Cons:

Our room was in the basement so dark with no view. No bath.

Une parenthèse enchantée
Pros:

J'ai été surprise par la qualité des équipements de la chambre, des produits mis à disposition.
La bienveillance et la réactivité du personnel. L'emplacement vraiment super, à côté de tout à pied, ce qui nous a valu de belles balades en famille chaque soir à Saint James Parc.

Les chambres sont très bien isolées.

Et merci au personnel pour les cadeaux pour l'anniversaire de notre maman que nous avons trouvé dans la chambre à notre arrivée.

C'était très touchant et très personnalisé.
