Excellent location for sight seeing in London, close to Victoria and Green Park tube stations and Buckingham Palace a 2 minute walk.
Plenty of choice nearby for breakfast and short walk to restaurants and pubs.

Location , staff are exceptional,comfortable room after long days sightseeing

Fabulous service from booking to check in and the departure.
Great social with a glass of wine at 6pm. Team great and always met with a warm welcome and a smile.

Overall a fabulous stay! It was a great location and easy to get everywhere with lots of restaurants around the area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely come back!!

Just back from a quick trip to London where we stayed at the Resident Victoria. What a great find. It was reasonably priced, impeccably clean, with well-trained and friendly staff. In short, it was the perfect place for us. We like a modern hotel that feels more like a small apartment then a fancy hotel. The ample supply of nespresso capsules met our needs in the morning for coffee and the quiet rooms gave us a good nights sleep each evening. Also, while the hotel is just a couple of blocks from Buckingham Palace, it never felt inundated with tourists. We would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed at The Resident Victoria with friends and had a really nice time. The staff were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. Everything felt easy and relaxed, and we were well looked after throughout our stay.

Good morning from London. Husband and I with our 2 teenage nieces are checking out after 3 nights at the Resident Victoria.

Our start was a bit bumpy, coming in after midnight and having some luggage difficulties and a little shock of the unexpected size of the room for 4 people.

I was frustrated with some things at the hotel but 1st thing the next morning, the kind manager, Daniel, went out of his way to address my concerns and voraciouly went about making things right.

After a the 1st good night's sleep and the warmth of the staff our initial concerns were evaporated.

The room is tight for 4 people, our nieces are young teens, but they are the size of adults with big bags. London rooms at this price range are small, like in NYC, so it's to be expected.

The location was relatively close to city sights and the staff does make a thoughtful effort to make things comfortable.

The cleaning services were exceptional and the room was always straightened upon our arrival back at the end of long sight seeing days.

Thanks again, Daniel, for making things so much better. And to all the lovely front desk staff, especially the evening from crew (Sun night June 21) and the very friendly morning crew (Mon June 22)!

Quiet, clean, nice to have mini-kitchen with fridge and sink. I did not have breakfast at hotel.

Wir wären schon mit einer sauberen Unterkunft in guter Lage zufrieden gewesen, aber die Ausstattung, die bequemen Betten, die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und das sehr nette und zuvorkommende Personal haben uns total begeistert. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in London werden wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.
