Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions.

We can understand how this hotel has awards. Two young ladies working there called, Nitufer and Yazel were amazing. The hotel did not work us for us but these young ladies were just outstanding. They went far beyond what was required. They were professional, polite, caring. They kept looking for what was required, and as a result the trip was a massive success. The owners of this hotel should understand how great these two ladies are for their hotel. This is why the hotel has awards because of these two special people. Thanks you ladies.
We had an amazing experience. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. The rooms were so comfortable. A special thanks to Ms Dilek for giving us a wonderful massage. One of the best massages I have ever had . A big thank you to the hotel for giving us a wonderful experience!

We stayed in 3 hotels across our stay and hands down this is our favorite, due to the exceptional service standards.
It might appear to be just a building from outside but it has exclusive cave rooms with personal pool and sauna.
The staff at the reception & at the restaurant, welcoming.
The breakfast had live local bread preparation and a decent spread. We also enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant In the evening.
The staff has a beautiful way to say good bye by throwing water behind You, indicative of wishing you well for future journey.
We loved the place , would do a detail reel soon on insta, don’t miss to follow us.
We spent a month travelling through Turkey and this has been by far the most prestigious hotel that we have ever been to. The Premium room with jacuzzi was spacious and stylish with amazing architecture. From the moment we arrived the welcome was great. Nilufer, Ahmed and Mustapha were most hospitable and also not forgetting everyone else in the hotel. Their service is amazing and good value for your money. This would be my best and only choice of hotel when visiting Cappadocia.
Our travel agency tripexpert travel recommended this hotel to us. The spa was amazing and the view from the hotel had these amazing caves right in front of the entrance. The hammam was brilliant, made all our worries and tiredness go away. The ladies doing the massage were very good and professional. Will surely come back on our next visit.

Many items not functioning including hot tub in room that did not heat; room refrigerator that did not work. Hotel took unreasonable mark up on concierge services it arranged
This is by far the most beautiful hotel that I have ever been to in my entire life. The room, the service and especially the hospitality is A+ . Their customer service is just amazing and I have never received such respect and such service of this kind at any hotel. I would recommend this hotel to every traveler that’s visiting cappadocia. Besides the customer service , their rooms are so beautiful and modern yet still turkish traditional style. We stayed in premium cave suit and its so beautiful. I love this hotel and will definitely return again!
Loved this hotel! From the moment you walk in, you know you’re going to be in for a treat! We stayed in the Afrodit room and it was the most beautiful, unique room we have ever stayed in. The room has its own private pool and they gave us a bottle of champagne and tray full of goodies upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and allowed us a late check out since our flight was leaving in the evening. Special thanks to Zeynep, Yazel, Nusret, Fahim, Nulifer, and Sebnem for taking great care of us during our stay.

ホテルの方にドライバー付きのレンタカーのアレンジをお願いしましたが、相場の半額程度でアレンジしてもらえました。ドライバーに旅行工程を渡してくれたりと全て親切な対応でした。
We had booked this hotel because on the pictures of a hotel you thought you will see the baloons from the terace , when you come to the hotel:
1.The Location is really bed - you are looking to autoban from the window and is 20min away by car from the Goreme where you want to be if you want to have the best views of sunrise and balloons- that is why you go to Cappadocia
2. We paid for 2 nights, but the same night we came we wanted not to stay there, so we only slept there for a night- because we really didnt liked the location
3. We booked another appartment in Goreme(where you need to be if u want to see beautiful Cappadocia) and politely asked if they can return our money for at least one night- ofcourse they did not
4. I dont know how it is illegal to have rates of location so high and pics from the views on balloons on their page( you only see autoban from the window)
5. When we came to Goreme a lot of people told us, that they made the same mistake and they do not give you your money back ( and a hotel is expensive)
6. Sauna area is really beautiful probably because of that the price is so high, but you can only use it for 30mins and funny cause it wasnt even working
7. Rooms are really beautiful but on wrong location
8. They need to say on their page that location is awful and that if u made a mistake they wont give you money back even though you stayed there for only 12 hours and you paid for 2 days
Sehr schönes Hotel nur zu Empfehlen
We expected way more from this hotel than what we received. Firstly the floors were dirty and the toilet was leaking water onto the floor for our entire stay. We had the jetted bath in the room and every time we used it a FOUL smell came from the sink, the plumbing is so badly done. The “special” rooms are just cheap luxury. AND they are NOT sound proof like they advertise. We could hear entire conversations from the room next to us. The location was also inconvenient, the hotel is about 20 minutes away from all the main attractions of Cappadocia. Overall, don’t waste your money on cheap luxury. We stayed at a smaller hotel in the main city for our last night and we loved it, and it was half the price.
