Everyone is so helpful and the manager Lily would do anything to help you breakfast are fresh every morning the location is excellent walking distance to most of the amenities good value for money rooms are well kept this was my second time there and I will be back. Thank you for your service

Excellent location, close to Hoen Kiem lake & the Old Quarter. Surprisingly quiet at night. Wonderful ( free ) breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms & great showers !
Staff are just wonderful, happy people ; no request for information or assistance is too great or too small.
One of my favourite places in Vietnam.

Ms. Lily is awesome and her staff, without exception, make you feel like you’ve just come home from a long trip! I’m a frequent traveler for 40+ years so you can trust me when I say this is just the place for you! They also make travel arrangements and recommendations as simple as getting some small item you forgot at home to long excursions to other locations. You won’t find a better informed staff, led by a real professional, Ms. Lily! She gave me mangos, a ride on her motorbike to her hairdresser (where I was treated like royalty), and arranged transportation for a large group of us who were going to the airport! Also, the hotel is lovely, comfortable, with an incredible buffet breakfast with “made to order items” included with your room, on the roof top! Come home to Ms. Lily’s special home away from home a short walk from all the action on Hoan Kiem Lake!

I returned to the Centepoint hotel at the end of my trip to Vietnam for two nights. Everything was as perfect as on the other occasions I have stayed here. The staff are the same as two years ago and just as friendly and efficient, especially Lily who always tries to accommodate every whim. The high standards of the hotel have been maintained and the choice at breakfast has become even wider. The Centrepoint remains great value for money.

Super well located near the lake. Quiet street if your room is not above it. Attentive staff. Clean room. Terrasse on the rooftop. Breakfast is O.K.

On Booking.com, we gave a rating of 8/10. Once gone, we received an e-mail from the manager asking us to change the rating from 8 to 9 in exchange for a upgraded room for our next stay. We declined.

On our last stay, we were indeed not upgraded. Then the receptionist tried to offer us a gift in exchange for an upgraded rating. We refused again. This is not ethical.

This hotel is VERY well situated for all your day trips. There is an amazing festival with music in the square on weekends just by the hotel. The view from the breakfast room on the top floor is fabulous! The food is of Excellent quality and well prepared. It was like going to the restaurant every morning. Now the best part about this hotel is the staff. Five star service from the whole team led by an excellent leader Lily. Thank you again for taking care of us and making our stay at the hotel memorable!

Hotel war für paar Tage in der Altstadt okay. Das Waschbecken im Bad war unpraktisch zum Hände waschen! Das Bad etwas klein. Im Schrank wenig Kleiderbügel.

I’m back again at the Center Point hotel for the third year running. Every thing was perfect again and it’s still great value for money with very friendly and efficient staff, especially Lily the manageress who is a great trip organizer and is always ready to help customers in anyway.

Hotel room is clean and decent space for us (3 pax). Complimentary breakfast are good and on the rooftop was a nice experience too!

Lily Bui went the extra mile to make our stay better than expected by arranging a Vietnamese specialty meal that I asked for. She and her staff were great. Very attentive, courteous If I were to visit Hanoi again I will stay at Center Point Hotel again.

Fabulous location in the Old Quarter just a short walk from Hoan Kiem lake. Breakfast on the roof terrace was beautiful with views over the lake. Reception staff were so friendly & very helpful. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome xx

Amazing kind of Magic, on arrival. Most convenient location with everything useful around, and a view on Huan Kien Lake.
Super quiet, Breakfast buffet included, on the top floor, overlooking the central lake.
Found everything all at once, on the first day, and it continued with great help and accurate suggestions from friendly staff.

Nous avions passé une première nuit dans l'hôtel et avions visiblement été surclassé, obtenant la chambre 803, avec vue sur l'arrière (par rapport au lac Hoan Kiem), avec un micro balcon. A notre retour du nord, pour un sejour de 3 nuits, nous avions la chambre 702 : chambre sans fenêtre

旧市街に近く観光にとても便利でした。
朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

Location was excellent in the old quarter and just around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was superb and the view from the top floor restaurant was amazing.

My room was very comfortable and clean with great amenities.

The hotel is very old and smelly. The pillow and bed have bad smell. We booked room with breakfast. The breakfast do not have much of choices. And the staff dint refill when the food is finished. I saw the other guests also dissatisfied with their services.
