Best business hotel
Pros:

Good rooms with great view of city light. I really appreciate the room service and food. Clean up was always made daily and linen changes is offered.
Value for money is good.
And the location near poins mall helps a lot for groceries need.

The hotel is okay, but the service at breakfast was terrible. A staff member named Anisa was very rude and unprofessional. Her way of communicating with guests is bad and disrespectful. Management, please evaluate this employee immediately.

I am writing this review to express my severe disappointment with the breakfast service, specifically regarding a staff member named Anisa. Her attitude towards guests was completely unacceptable. She was not only impolite but spoke in a tone that was rude and disrespectful. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, which was entirely lacking in her interaction. Management needs to seriously evaluate this staff member. Her behavior reflects poorly on the hotel's reputation. I hope immediate action is taken to ensure she receives proper training on how to speak to guests.

Pros:

The first time I at Jakarta, Swiss Belinn Hotel is the first hotel also that I have experience in here. Good room, food and also environment is very amazing place. They take care about his costumer.
