It’s okay - this was my second stay. It could improve.

Location. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Small lobby - aircon control in the room inconsistent. No water tumblers. Toilet bowl and wash basin in the bathroom have yellow stains. Towels are not whitewashed. Fridge in the bedroom isn’t cold.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly, especially Ms. Indri, who took great care of me and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were complete and well maintained, including the swimming pool and gym. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
