OYO Flagship 060 Near Railway Station

To be frank I regret my decision to take this hotel. My pilgrimage mood was spoiled totally. A room without airconditioner and a fan and stinking and stuffy, broken stool, broken tv remote and what not. A breakfast which was eminently forgettable and tasteless. We had booked a room for 3 guests to stay and a room for only 2 guests was set aside making us look for an extra bed for the 3rd guest who had to sleep on the floor. Felt very embarassed and guilty for having booked room with you.

The property is located in a convenient place, close to the bus terminal and not far from the railway station. The hotel seems to be good at first sight and the room allotted to me was spacious and welcoming. However the good things ended there. There was no bath towel kept in the room and when I asked the housekeeping service personnel to bring me one, they brought a 'used' towel. I returned it and I was told that they do not have stock of 'washed & clean' towels in stock. After few hours I asked for it and to my surprise they brought me another 'used' towel. This repeated 4 times and finally I accepted the towel. When I asked the front office for help, they directed me to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast the next day morning was just passable and food was not cooked well. Verdict - good hotel (location and room), but poor service.

Check in was ok, reception staff are courteous. Room conditions are pathetic. Bed bugs, check uploaded pics by me. The hotel mgmt need to wake up quick or be ready to shut shop. Every guest was lined up at the reception to complain about fan / ac not working. We suffered that as well.

Hotel staff were responsive, and close to restaurants etc. Had good transportation desk etc.
One negative thing is poor toilet maintenance

initially it took lot of time for us to allot the room... after entering in the room to my surprise the Flush wasn't working the AC wasn't working, we had to follow up for the water, towels and toiletries, extra bed... which in other hotels I have observed everything is kept in advance.... upon complaining for AC and flush, I was shifted to a another room which was below standard, after lot of quarrel with front office who were very very arrogant some how changed the room and allotted us similar standard room which was good ... I fail to understand that inspite of knowing that the earlier room which they allotted me was in bad condition, why they didn't allot me a good room at the first instance?? Next day morning in the restaurant no different scene! the tables were not cleaned, the eatables were not replenished nobody bothered to give any services, upon complaining, they arrogantly shouted back at me that we have to cater 200 people and that s not possible for us?? .Next when I told them to clean the room they assured and on my return again was surprised to see the room was not cleaned etc...again had to follow up for the same. Next day morning same scene again in the restaurant for the breakfast!! In this two days I had the worst of experience when it comes to services...but let me confess the location is good, rooms are no doubt spacious fantastic, were clean, but the services equally were very bad the front office staff and the restaurant staff was very arrogant.
