Primeira vez no Hotel Dona Lu,e tenho só a agradecer . Sou de Vitoria -És ,e ao sair do Hotel ,esqueci meu relógio no quarto,e no outro dia,eles fizeram contato comigo ,e me enviaram via sedex .Outro destaque foi a recepção ,todos os funcionários super atenciosos e simpaticos .Alem disso ,o Hotel é super limpo ,muito organizado,e bem localizado.

café da manhã muito bom, excelente localização, perto de bons bares e restaurantes, lojas de conveniência mercados e, principalmente, bem ao lado da estação de metrô, além funcionários maravilhosos e extremamente educados que, inclusive, nos deram boas dicas pra andar pelo bairro e etc. quarto bem limpo, organizado, e apesar de não ser tão grande, atendia exatamente todas as nossas necessidades, além de ser equipado com um pequeno armário, frigobar e ar condicionado. não tenho o que reclamar desse lugar, muito pelo contrário, gostei muito e pretendo me hospedar novamente quando voltar.

Pros:

A localização é perfeita, literalmente em frente ao metrô. Tem de tudo por perto: restaurantes, barraquinhas, bares, Americanas, lojas de conveniência e até salão de beleza.

Inclusive, precisei ir ao salão e comprar algumas coisas, como touca e xuxinha de cabelo, e consegui resolver tudo a pé. Isso facilitou muito a viagem. Também gostei bastante da manta do quarto, muito confortável.

Cons:

O único ponto que poderia melhorar é o café da manhã. Achei que faltava um pouco mais de variedade e acabei comendo praticamente a mesma coisa todos os dias.

Por outro lado, a localização é tão boa que isso acabou sendo um detalhe facilmente relevado. O quarto não era muito grande, mas a cama era muito confortável e proporcionou um bom descanso.
