Pros:

O atendimento foi sensacional e a localização do hotel é ótima, recomendarei a hospedagens para amigos.

Cons:

Chuveiro poderia esquentar mais e há placas pedindo silêncio nos corredores mas os próprios funcionários da limpeza conversam muito alto cedo, antes das 08:00 hr.
Ao invés de ter poltronas para hóspedes aguardarem a liberação de quarto, há um espaço alugado para uma manicure numa cúpula de vidro.

Ótimo acesso, muito tranquilo, perto de tudo.
Pros:

Muito fácil o acesso, menos de 100 metros do metrô, chegamos 2h30 da madrugada de um show, usando a linha vermelha do metrô e a localização ajudou muito. O Café também estava gostoso. Próximo de muitos restaurantes, bares e feiras da região.

Relação "custo x benefício interessante por causa da localização, mas instalações deixam a desejar.

A localização é boa. O valor é relativamente interessante para a hospedagem em relação à disponibilidade de Airbnb e outras modalidades.

Cons:

Na altura de abril de 2026, havia um vazamento na privada do banheiro do quarto 190. Por isso, tive que utilizar o pano de chão para segurar a água. O quarto é bem simples em relação ao valor pago. Eu esperava algo melhor. A área de café da manhã é pequena, totalmente fechada e corredor de passagem para os hóspedes e funcionários que chegam da rua. O café da manhã é bem simples e pouco apetitoso.

Desde que me indicaram o Hotel Dona Lú, toda vez que vou a SP, sempre me hospedo com eles. São incríveis, extremamente receptivos e a localização é incrível, colado no metrô. Acomodações maravilosas.
