Gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern und guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage in einer tollen Gegend. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei eigene Parkplätze (gegen Gebühr). In der nahen Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

In meinem Fall musste ich die Klimaanlage erst Freischalten lassen, um das Zimmer zu kühlen. Leider gab es keinen Hinweis beim Check-Inn oder im Zimmer.
Eine defekte Duschstange wurde nicht an das Housekeeping weitergeleitet.
Das Schwimmbad ist nur von 9:00 - 21:00 geöffnet.

Radi sa vrátime.
Pros:

Lokalita je veľmi dobra.
Izba bola priestranná a funkčne zariadená. Úslužný personál s profesionálnym prístupom.

Cons:

Paplón mal na spodnej časti veľký fľak, ktorý sme si všimli až nasledujúci deň. Niektoré uteráky boli viac opotrebované. Veľmi malý výber zeleniny na raňajky.

Milý personál, izba priestranná fungujúca klimatizácia, bohaté raňajky, rozsiahly wellness na ochladenie bazénik. Bazén dostatočne veľký.

Cons:

Z vonkajšej strany ochladzovacieho bazénika kolmý rebrík, ktorý nezvládne niekto s bolesťami kolien.

pani upratovačka bola veľmi milá

Cons:

- špinavé taniere na raňajkách (nie jeden, viaceré a oba dni), ktoré boli posunuté aj personálu. po dotyku rukou aj vizuálne neboli čisté
- v chladničke neboli žiadne nápoje, čo ale bolo fajn, bolo možné ísť po nej dole do baru, čakala by som ich ale aj v chladničke na izbe
- parkovisko nebolo priamo pri hoteli, náročné presúvanie vecí z auta, keďže k hotelovému parkovisku (ak je to pri hoteli plné) bolo treba ísť obchádzkou cez most
- nevľúdny personál akoby sa bál, že ich každý hosť chce okradnúť - pri príchode a snahe rodiny (neubytovanej) pomôcť mi na izbu s batožinou boli zastavení a dopytovaní, niečo v zmysle, že návštevy nie sú povolené, pri raňajkách a otázke, či mi môžu urobiť aj iné capucino ako to z raňajkového automatu (nechutilo), ako prvé zaznelo "ale to si musíte zaplatiť" (veď samozrejme), pri wellness - kde mám obal hotelovej karty lebo tam musia zapísať, že som už mala plachtu v daný deň, inak za ďalšiu je doplatok,... (všetko validné veci, ale spôsob komunikácie bol otrasný)
- jednoducho, od prvého momentu a súvisle celý pobyt akoby človeku dávali na javo, že tam teda vítaný nie je a ak náhodou, prvé čo ich zaujíma je najprv zaplať (za extra službu samozrejme, ale v 4 hviezdičkovom hoteli by som v prvom rade čakala ochotu a vľúdnosť, službu,...)

nevadí, poučenie, tu už teda nikdy :)
