Pros:

キシナウ駅や市内中心部から徒歩でアクセスできる立地の良い場所にあります。施設は古いですが、ソ連時代からの歴史を感じる建物で、「ソ連時代の雰囲気を感じるホテルに泊まる」こと自体が貴重な経験です。部屋は広くバスタブがあり、清掃は行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフの方には親切な対応をしていただけました、英語が話せないスタッフの方も居るようですが、私の片言のロシア語にも親切に対応いただけました。

Cons:

朝食がパンとコーヒーのテイクアウトのみのような形態で通常の朝食とは異なりました。
はっきりとわかる様に明記した方が良いと思います。
チェックイン時に説明がありますが、お湯が出るまでに10分程度かかります。

Для проживания годится-wi-fi есть, лифт есть, мини завтрак есть

Место расположение, близость остановочных пунктов транспорта, близость жд вокзала в пешей доступности

Cons:

Открыть окна на проветривание не представляется возможным, старые, краска с времен 70-з годов прошлого века

Pros:

Hotel pamiętający minioną epokę, i niechaj to nie brzmi jako zarzut. Dobra relacja jakości do ceny. Śniadanie w takiej formie można było sobie darować. Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, 10 минут до центра и ж/д вокзала. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации, бесплатная камера хранения

Cons:

В люстре не светилось 2 лампочки из трех. Несмотря на то, что в комнате был обогреватель было холодно. Унитаз был не отмыт от ржавчины((( Пожелание для отеля: давайте пожалуйста питьевую воду и одноразовые тапочки.
