Fantastic team
Pros:

My mum and stoped by today for lunch after some shopping in NewRoss. The staff were so lovely from the time we stepped in. We were greeted by the lady at the reception and directed to the dining room. We were served by a lovely lady Fran who was so cheerful and kind. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. As we were leaving we were thanked for our custom and wished a safe journey.
In short we were treated with kindness and courtesy

Lovely hotel, staff were absolutely brilliant just so friendly, food was lovely & so child friendly throughout.
Pros:

Nice swimming pool, lovely food & breakfast on offer, relaxed bar atmosphere, rooms were very comfy and perfect for family.

Comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

Very comfortable night in the hotel.Used room service for evening meal and breakfast .Service efficient and friendly.Some issues with organising a taxi and Stephen on reception was very helpful .

Had a great time. Would return.
Pros:

Location was good. Room was nice. Staff friendly. Having a pool was a plus.

Cons:

Gents changing room in leisure centre could have been cleaner. Some air-conn in the changing rooms would be helpful and towels might be bigger. Not all the facilities at the leisure centre worked but pool was nice, not to crowded and the sauna and steam room were good and hot.
