Lovely hotel, staff were absolutely brilliant just so friendly, food was lovely & so child friendly throughout.
Pros:

Nice swimming pool, lovely food & breakfast on offer, relaxed bar atmosphere, rooms were very comfy and perfect for family.

Comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

Very comfortable night in the hotel.Used room service for evening meal and breakfast .Service efficient and friendly.Some issues with organising a taxi and Stephen on reception was very helpful .

Had a great time. Would return.

Location was good. Room was nice. Staff friendly. Having a pool was a plus.

Cons:

Gents changing room in leisure centre could have been cleaner. Some air-conn in the changing rooms would be helpful and towels might be bigger. Not all the facilities at the leisure centre worked but pool was nice, not to crowded and the sauna and steam room were good and hot.

We really felt spoilt.
Pros:

We were unable to have Breakfast as we left early to get our work done. (Erecting 12m Totem sign for McDonalds!)
But the evening meals were both excellent.
Also we got the work finished early so were able to have a work-out in the gym. Very enjoyable!

Cons:

All was really good. Very Pleasant room. Very spacious.

Where do I start?
Fantastic welcoming back to hotel ,I’ve stayed here now on numerous occasions due to work.,Not once has it faulted in its high standards to impress.
The rooms are to very high standard and spotless clean.
I came down for dinner and ordered a steak very reasonable priced.Ive not long come back from a Yellowstone ranch tour and let me tell you this steak will not disappoint you.
If you want flavour,,texture and colour to perfectly cooked medium steak then this is the place to go.
Staff brought over a glass of chilled water to cleanse the pallet to in hanse the flavour of the steak.
I would not be one to write a review to a high standards such as this, but when it’s good it’s good don’t take my word for it ,try it yourself you will not be disappointed..
Hats off to the staff at this hotel ,hardworking and devoted to looking after the residents to a very high standard.👍👍👍
