Brandon House Hotel

We had a wonderful stay , staff and food were excellent , some small things like changing rooms at the pool and under staffed in bar restaurant etc, but these most definitely are out weighted by the wonderful atmosphere and the staff who were there especially Lucy on reception and Eowyn in the food areas . Overall we were very happy .

Very good hotel, rooms a good size and beds comfortable, had a good breakfast, staff very welcoming with a special mention to Alex the night porter and barman. It's about a 20 minute leisurely walk into New Ross, which is Ok in the dry but not a lot of fun in the rain! We saw the pool and spa facilities which all looked good, though we didn't have time to use them.

Brandon House Hotel is a gem. We arrived late in the evening to a warm welcome from the night porter. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed and more. We'd a great sleep in the large super king bed. Breakfast was top notch, there was a large selection on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night to break our journey but we're look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

Brilliant hotel helpful staff lovely walk in the grounds and great swimming pool the food in the library bar was excellent would definitely return again very convenient for the morning ferry’s from Rosslare

My husband and I were planning on staying for one night only. Some plans fell through, so we asked to book another night and stay in the same room. They were very accommodating and made it work for us. It was a beautiful location with New Ross in walking distance. There was a large free parking lot. It was very welcoming with a lovely atmosphere. The room was a decent size, but it felt very warm. I'd recommend bringing your own washcloth, if necessary. There was a surcharge for the breakfast in the morning, so we did not partake. We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed New Ross.
I'm not sure it was worth it's value, but we didn't partake in all the amenities. It might've been that we only used it as a basic hotel, so it very like a very basic hotel.

Everything was perfect it was so relaxing

Beautiful establishment set in amazing surroundings. The staff were lovely, the rooms large and well appointed. The bar was well stocked and the food was delicious

The evening meal food was great, mostly great staff, room was nice and clean and room service was ideal.

Room was kept very clean and inspected by Clare the Head Housekepper each day who was lovely.
The food was delicious we had lovely breakfasts and had dinner which was really good the staff were very attentive.
We also had afternoon tea which was very good and very reasonable for 30euro pp we had so much we couldn't finish it.
Overall this hotel is excellent with lovely staff thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, the food was exceptional, and the room was large, clean, and comfortable. A beautiful Hotel. The views around the property were stunning. Would stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the front office to housekeeping, very friendly. Rooms are lovely and spacious, food was gorgeous and location is perfect for sight seeing

We had the most wonderful stay at Brandon House Hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience.
The hotel is absolutely lovely, with beautifully renovated rooms, stunning views, and a peaceful location just outside the charming town of New Ross. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
What truly made our visit special was the exceptional service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Sylwia at reception for her kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.
The restaurant was also outstanding. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served incredibly quickly. A big thank you to Mena and all the restaurant staff for their excellent service, and all the lovely treats.
