We had a very comfortable room and were given somewhere secure to leave our bicycles overnight. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bar and breakfast room were pleasant and breakfast good.
Not centrally located, and up a steep hill from the riverside, so not the best if you want to explore what New Ross has to offer. We did not need the leisure centre/fitness facilities that were available and consequently it was expensive as an overnight stay.
I arrived late the evening after work, it was kitchen closing time, 8.50pm. I was very hungry and the staff at the bar made all the possible for me to order and have a great meal. I was very happy and I will give 100% for hospitality to the young lady that even if it was Saturday night, bar was full, she took her job an extra mile to allow me to order a starter and a main course. I paid and had the time to go in the room and change from my suit and get confortable. I got a call from the bar to inform me that food was ready and made my way down. Found a little table and enjoyed a great meal. I recommend this great hotel for anyone travelling in the New Ross area.
Only Two things, no lift to upstairs room, especially when you have heavy luggage's. The walls in the bedroom are not soundproof, I did not mind because I was only stay one night and I was there for long meetings for work, so it was late bedtime and 5am up to leave for work. I could hear all that happened in the bathroom in the room beside me also the I was woken by the next room tv few times during the night and by the news in the morning. It was not an issue for me in this occasion because I stayed for work, if I was staying for a relaxing break, it was probably more an issue.
Excellent hotel, booked last minute with request for cot and it was there when we got to room all set up.
Even activity packs for kids in room too which was great because we were just off the ferry.
Had delicious dinner there also, very spacious. Staff attentive and very family friendly hotel.

We had a lovely family meal out in the Library Bar last night. Food was delicious, great atmosphere and Annagh our main server was friendly, super efficient and couldn't have done enough fo us. We will definitely return.

We booked in here last minute thanks to the lovely receptionist Sinead who helped us when other accomadation we had booked was a disaster. This was a wonderful hotel and all who we met went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay.
Friendly staff. Great food and in beautiful setting
The only complaint i had is pity there wasnt a snall game room for older children
The temperature regulator seemed like it was in need of attention in the bath/shower very tight to twist and in general I don't understand why hotels don't install taps with some sort of grips as wet hands can't turn very well.
