СПА-то бе поизоставено. Персоналът там не много отзивчив. Има нужда от реновиране на стаите.

Pros:

Отличный отель, приезжали второй раз. Добирались из Москвы долго, но мы знали этот отель и очень туда хотели снова. Номер большой, постель уютная, попросили еще одеяло, дали без вопросов. Чисто, порядок, сап отель шикарный! Еда выше всех похвал! Перепела на рисе превзошли все ожидания , чудесная правильная пицца, а кондитеру особая благодарность- это очень вкусно!
СПА чистый, все работает отлично! Ждем открытие египетской бани)Спасибо огромное персоналу, мы точно приедем еще, ждите нас в сентябре!

Персоналът на рецепцията не знае на кой свят .
Не можаха да ни дадат цена при настаняване на место в хотела.Накараха ни да букнем през букинг.Не знаеха цени за настаняване.
Хотелът е овехтял ,СПА центъра е на практика с един басейн по-топличък.
Парната баня и сауната са малки.Студено е в стаите и бучи отоплението

Загубено време, много ядове и нерви
Pros:

Спрямо предходни години, които сме посещавали хотела, тази година беше под всякаква критика.

Cons:

Храната беше еднообразна и не беше вкусна, спа зоната беше мизерна. Водата беше ужасно мръсна и неподдържана. Цялата компания от 6 човека, се върнахме обринати по цялото тяло ( с пъпки и най - различни петна). Душовете в банята бяха счупени и не можеха да се закрепят на стойката им.

Посещавам хотела редовно и винаги съм била доволна.Този път обаче с СПА центъра беше студено.Имаше газови печки които работеха не постоянно.Трябваша да се обърнем към персонала с молба да включат някоя от тях.В ресторанта също не беше топло,но пък в стаята се наложи да изключим климатика.Може би имат някакъв проблем който се надяваме да отстранят за следващият ни престой :)

The location is perfect and the restaurant is wonderful!!!
The room looked a bit old and maintained. There was a smell of cigarettes. However, the sea view is splendid! The SPA center had s also very good!

Cons:

The parking in front of the hotel is paid. And I was supposed to ask on the reception to know that it is paid even for guests of the hotel. In addition, there is a free parking beside the hotel which is opened for everyone and not secured.
The smell of cigarettes in the room.
