Загубено време, много ядове и нерви
Pros:

Спрямо предходни години, които сме посещавали хотела, тази година беше под всякаква критика.

Cons:

Храната беше еднообразна и не беше вкусна, спа зоната беше мизерна. Водата беше ужасно мръсна и неподдържана. Цялата компания от 6 човека, се върнахме обринати по цялото тяло ( с пъпки и най - различни петна). Душовете в банята бяха счупени и не можеха да се закрепят на стойката им.

Pros:

Посещавам хотела редовно и винаги съм била доволна.Този път обаче с СПА центъра беше студено.Имаше газови печки които работеха не постоянно.Трябваша да се обърнем към персонала с молба да включат някоя от тях.В ресторанта също не беше топло,но пък в стаята се наложи да изключим климатика.Може би имат някакъв проблем който се надяваме да отстранят за следващият ни престой :)

The location is perfect and the restaurant is wonderful!!!
The room looked a bit old and maintained. There was a smell of cigarettes. However, the sea view is splendid! The SPA center had s also very good!

Cons:

The parking in front of the hotel is paid. And I was supposed to ask on the reception to know that it is paid even for guests of the hotel. In addition, there is a free parking beside the hotel which is opened for everyone and not secured.
The smell of cigarettes in the room.

Не ни хареса отношението на рецепцията
Информацията, която даваха беше противоречива.
Искахме да запазим игра на билярд, казаха че не може и става само на място, ако е свободно, оказа се, че когато отидохме билярдът беше запазен...а "уж не се запазвал"...това се случи и двете вечери

*Персонала
*Наличието на билярд, джаги, табла /допълнително заплащане/

Cons:

*Наличието на черни петна на стълбите на соления басейн и джакузито-мухъл?
*3 дни не ремонтираха солната стая
*Не работеща лира в банята и невъзможността да се подмени мокър халат. В спа центъра се предлагат сухи хавлии, но халата се мокри от банските.

Pros:

Comfortable room,clean and warm. Delicious food-breakfast and dinner.SPA is as well good, but overcrowded most of the time.No park places available!!!

Pros:

The location is great, very helpfull stuff, nice food, very big rooms and nice and clean facilities.

Cons:

In my opinion refreshment of the lobby is required - the curtains are like more than 10 years ago. Otherwise all facilities are nice.

Не е това което беше преди.
Cons:

Ми от година на година по зле става.Явно които управлява хотела не си разбира от работата.Храната както винаги е супер но явно само това остана.Стаите не поддържани.Трябва сто пъти да напомняш да ти сменят крушката на нощната лампа,скъсам въздухопровод на сушоар а.Така и не го смениха.Коридорите студени.Внимание(рискувате плеомония).С две думи да обобщя,нищо общо със стария хотел които беше.То затова е прочети празен.Незнаем дали ще продължим да ходим там.Само старата му слава остана.

Cons:

Беше ми студено и в стаята и в банята не работи лирата. Няма къде да се изсушат банските и халатите. В СПА хотел мисля, че трябва да е достатъчно топло.
