This was a truly amazing experience! Magical setting, perfect atmosphere, efficient and amazing staff! I cannot say enough about how healthy and delicious the breakfast was! We used the spa and hamam, and again were treated with such great care and expertise. I will go and stay at this facility again in a heartbeat!

What a marvellous hotel, situated just perfectly beneath the rim of the Gerome Valley it's a perfect place to view the sunset.The Staff were excellent and we were thoroughly impressed with the receptionists (especially Rosie), chamber maids and the Hotel Manager. (Ayse Gunal).Our Suite was clean and delightful with an excellent ensuite and balcony facing towards the setting sun. Breakfast was fine, car parking was tight however reception often valet parked our hire car. Easy to walk into town that's full of shops and restaurants.I would highly recommend.

Reception manager Rose brightly and kindly recommended balloon tours and mix tours, so I enjoyed a lot.
It was nice to see the balloon rising at the hotel.
