The staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would like to specifically mention Rose, who is an incredible asset! But Teoman and the others whose names I don't know were all wonderful. The spa was fantastic, great Hammam and massage and well priced. The restaurant views are incredible. Rooms were beautifully decorated and everything worked well, with coffee makers, TVs with English news channel, robes and nice amenities. Many terraces to sit on, and they were never too crowded.
It was somewhat difficult to get a spot in the restaurant at night when there was live music. And the drinks in particular were quite pricey, but the food was reasonable.
Cleanliness, roomy and comfortable
Bed was too soft for my liking. Firmer bed would have been more comfortable. Outside noise. Double pane windows would be great ti reduce or eliminate noise.
Property was absolutely beautiful and the setting surreal. Amazing rooftop bar for sunsets.

Great hotel. Wonderful location. Staff were excellent and super friendly, making us feel very welcome. We had a cave room and it’s was wonderful, clean and comfortable.
The rooftop patio, with live music, was the best in the town, incredible views for early morning balloons and sunset. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
The hotel and spa were fantastic! The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. We particularly enjoyed the live music and cocktails on the rooftop terrace.

Vivir la experiencia de estar alojado como en una cueva es espectacular. Las personas muy amables y de noche se llena de vida en su rooftop.
Si quieres dormir ante de las 22.00, tienes que tener paciencia, porque tiene musica en vivo al atardecer.

Fabulous restaurant and view! The room was exceptional with bath tub, gorgeous sofa and the cave walls were fabulous.

wonderful location in Goreme is fabulous. The staff was amazing! We particularly enjoyed Rose. She helped us book additional tours and everything was well organized and good quality. The staff was so accommodating to any question that we had. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and a rooftop bar with amazing views of the village. It was absolutely a highlight of our travels staying at the Artemis cave suites. We also had a treatment in the spa. It was the most amazing experience we’ve ever had at a spa facility. We highly recommend it. The whole experience was a 10!

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal es muy amable y resolutivo para la contratación de excursiones, el desayuno es muy completo y variado.
Tiene una terraza preciosa.
Ofrecen traslado gratuito a la terminal y de pago razonable in/out al aeropuerto
En lo particular no nos gustó la habitacion que nos toco y repetimos las quejas de otros huéspedes.
Tiene muy poca iluminación, incluso en el baño y el colchón es malisimo. Se hunde en el medio, como dijo una huésped mas arriba
Esta muy poco aislado y los ruidos son bestiales. Se escucha todo a punto de discutir con un vecino que estaba a los gritos a las 7 am y elevar una queja a la recepción por la plataforma que nunca contestaron
Por ulrimo siendo huéspedes del hotel, en ninguna de las 2 noches pudimos tomar algo en la terraza porque, a pesar que se dice lo contrario, no dan prioridad a los alojados y esta lleno de gente de afuera
Una pena porque el hotel es muy bonito pero dado el precio estas cosas no deberían suceder.
