An incredible stay, with the rooms being beautiful and comfortable. The check in staff were very helpful, and helped us organise tours in the area.
The breakfast was phenomenal, with a large selection of buffet to choose from.

Having to enter your passport number every time you logged onto wifi - but this is a very small issue.

The stay at the Cave was great, beautiful design and very clean! The staff was really nice and helpful. We also received a breakfast box for an early leaving. The rooftop Kaira was great and the breakfast was really good.
This is mainly regarding the spa: I wish that at least the sauna and the steam room were included, so the price would have been justified if so.
We also had a massage and it wasn’t great.

The location is super good. The views in the bar and on the terrace are amazing! We had enjoyable cocktail experience while watching sunset. The breakfast is the best I ever had in all hotels.
The heating system is too good. In the first night the default temperature setting was too hot that I couldn't fall asleep. I turned the thermostat down to 15 degree, which was the lowest it can reach but I still felt heat convection at some corners so the real room temperature was still high. I had to leave the window open. The next morning a cat sneaked on my bed and woke me up when I inadvertently kicked it! Very interesting experience!

What really stood out was the helpfulness of the staff there. They were so great about making recommendations. The onsite spa was amazing. The property itself was beautiful, view forever. The room was great - so comfortable and spacious. I'm so glad we picked this spot!

Her şey gerçekten çok güzeldi, beklentilerimizin çok üzerinde bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık diyebilirim. Detaylı bir otel araştırması yapmış biri olarak gönül rahatlığıyla söyleyebilirim ki; otelin konumu bölgedeki diğer alternatiflerden çok daha iyi.
Çalışanlar son derece yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Otel, hem genel alanlar hem de oda temizliği açısından oldukça başarılıydı. Barın atmosferi ve özellikle manzarası büyüleyiciydi; ancak bar dışındaki açık ortak alanlarda vakit geçirmekten de büyük keyif aldık.
Ayrıca hamam kısmını şiddetle öneriyorum; buraya gelmişken mutlaka denenmesi gereken bir bölüm, biz çok memnun kaldık. Konaklamayı düşünen herkese tavsiye ediyorum, kesinlikle pişman olmayacağınıza eminim.
Kahvaltı çeşitliliği maalesef biraz yetersizdi, özellikle sıcak ürünlerin sayısı artırılabilir ve kahvaltı saati en azından saat 11.00’e kadar uzatılabilir. Ayrıca odamız aşırı sıcaktı; her akşam klima açmamıza rağmen sıcakla başa çıkmakta biraz zorlandık. This was a truly amazing experience! Magical setting, perfect atmosphere, efficient and amazing staff! I cannot say enough about how healthy and delicious the breakfast was! We used the spa and hamam, and again were treated with such great care and expertise. I will go and stay at this facility again in a heartbeat!
