Pros:

I got complimentary late check-out from the hotel. The staff is very good and supportive. One of the staff Krishna, he helped me out for the complimentary lae check-out. The food is also very good.

Must recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for a comfort stay in Thane.

Food experience at Qmin Cafe
Pros:

We had been here for a lunch with the family.
The restaurant Qmin Cafe is wonderful w.r.t. ambience, food quality, quantity, and service.
The main course food portion is good enough for 2-3 people. The starters and main course are cooked perfectly and are indeed tasty.

Special thanks to the staff who took good care during the lunch. They were prompt in their service and related stuff like taking the order, delivering the dish on time, clearing the table and enquiring on additional orders.
Wakas, Sufiyan, Nikita, Sunny, Vedant, Sameer need to be appreciated for their service.

A prefer stay for a night
Pros:

Devansh, the staff in the cafeteria was really helpful in his assistance to plan our breakfast and food for rest of the day. Hotel was clean, brief and rightly served our purpose. Thanks Ginger.
