When the room was handed over it was in very bad condition, not cleaned before handing over the keys. The bed was dusty,

When the room was handed over it was in very bad condition, not cleaned before handing over the keys. The bed was dusty, bathroom was used and very unhygenic. The first day, cleaning staff missed to clean the room then second day after reminding they did the cleaning and then only it was somewhat okay to live. We chose this hotel as a higher mid range to avoid those low range dirty hotel but this one was just higher range in cost and not in cleaniness or hygine or facilities.

Cons:

Lack of basic things- Like toilitries, not goving free slippers, was asked to pay for it, & the prices were as good as a 4 star hotel room

The room was also extremely small, Ive been to Andheri Ginger, Thane Ginger had smallest out of all ginger rooms

Water bottle were plastic small bottles

Hair dryer was low quality

Poor cleanliness and bad location.
Pros:

Location is surrounded by 2 wheeler garages. Very noisy, even at night repair work goes on.

Cons:

We were not allotted the rooms we saw on the booking web site. Then they told us we could upgrade to a better room at a cost. So we offered to pay extra and upgrade.They have refurbished part of the hotel. These photos are uploaded on the website sites.

Pleasant and Hassle-Free Stay at Ginger Thane
Pros:

I had a pleasant 5-night stay at Ginger Thane. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with housekeeping done regularly. The location is convenient, especially for business travel, and basic amenities were easily accessible. Krushna was so kind to wake me up & assisted in booking cab to airport.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Breakfast Menu is very limited. There was only marshmelon & bananas in fruits, cornflakes & milk, bread with butter & jam, puri bhaji & Uttapa, plus tea & coffie. You could order eggs. Very disappointing breakfast. Room furniture is very old. Washbasin in toilet was cracked. Lift starts from first floor not the ground floor so you have to struggle up to the first floor to take the lift. I stayed in room 202 on the 2nd floor.
