Pros:

I was attending my friend's wedding which was fantastic.

Cons:

The room was on a slant which wasn't easy to walk on and let light in under the door, which made sleep difficult. The bed was small and uncomfortable and I felt I was falling out of it due to the slant.
On the 1st night a room nearby had the tv blaring from 2.45 to 5.30 which also kept me awake.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

We had a sea view deluxe suite. It was excellent and very good value for money. Very comfortable, lovely view and excellent position on the promenade

Fantastic location. Really good breakfast. Good facilities for people with mobility issues. Room clean and well stocked

Cons:

Had a feeling of faded granduer and def past its best. Room very small but it was comfortable. Bath/shower very awkward to use

Great service great food and very helpful staff.
Pros:

It was an emergency stay as my mum took unwell white on holiday and needed an operation. Staff were very helpful and accommodating when I got her out of hospital and she stayed 1 night before travelling home. Food was great

Cons:

Probably having stairs didn’t help but that was known before booking

Isle of man bowling festival
Pros:

Had an amazing time here staff were very friendly...food was very nice ...always happy to help out ......u have the lovely see view as soon as u walk out the hotel the shops our 15 mins walk to town centre......we went for the bowling festival week and it was amazing had great fun and the people there are so friendly and make u feel welcome.

Cons:

Everything and we stayed for a week already booked hotel again for next year.
