接客言動に不快感がありました！１人だ
けです、例えばスマホでAPAホテルの予約方法について尋ねたら、非常に面倒くさい態度で応対した！感謝の心掛けがなってない！また食事の後、新聞を読もうとしたら、新聞は有料です、と上から目線の感じで言われた！私も自分経験から常に、感謝の気持ちを持つこと！を大切にしています！言い訳をせず常に感謝の気持ちを持っていれば誤った判断をしないと心掛けています！言葉には温度があります、言い方次第で相手に好感を与えたり、相手を傷つけることになるからです？そして何事も常に反省、検討をすることが肝要と思います！新聞が有料ならそれでも構いませんが１月に有料で何人が新聞を読んだのか？有料で利益があったのか？殆ど有料の効果がないとなれば宿泊客の不快感を与えただけで今度からはAPAホテルを利用しない！となる！本当に心のこもった感謝の気持ちで応対すれば例え有料でも不快感は免れます！APAホテルの従業員は他のホテルに比較してもプロの接客が出来ているものと信じていたけれど間違いでした！言動には温度ががあります！接客のプロになるよう勉強会をして日本一のAPAホテルに努めて下さい！出来たら返信メールを希望します！ふ

普通の昔ながらのビジネスホテルです
Pros:

ベッドは寝やすかったです。

Cons:

狭いです、しかたないですが。設備も昔ながらのかんじ、ユニットバスも古い感満載でした。

Pros:

La habitación era pequeña, pero para pasar un par de noches estuvo perfecta. La cama muy cómoda y grande, el baño también, las amenidades en perfectas condicines.
