Great choice for a couple of nights out in Tokushima
Pros:

Fantastic location near the train station and great restaurants. Very easy to access. I could also pre-check in and leave my luggage early. The staff was very kind. The room, while small, was impeccably clean and had everything needed for a night there.

Cons:

Common areas smelled funny. The room was really small. Only one lift for 10 floors. The noise from other rooms was quite evident. You will need earplugs.
