I really enjoyed my stay. Only thing was second night the air conditioning wasn’t great

Overall good, we stayed for one night, prices a bit high and not much choice of local cuisine. Only one option for breakfast but okY

Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice.

Amazing place and the rooms were huge! We had a 3 bed room and it had a lounge, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Lovely location and the heated pool is amazing.

We had a very spacious room with balcony. Pool area was very clean and quiet. Taxis were easy to order. All of the staff were very friendly. There are good restaurants on site but there is no alcohol available if you want a drink.

The property needs refurbishment, there were broken cardboards, beds not confortable and furniture very old.

It’s a nice spot

I wanted to have a nice getaway at a resort for a couple days with a spa treatment or two, but it was a nightmare. I made sure to let them know ahead of time to keep me away from any smoking/vaping rooms, and they assured me that all rooms were non smoking. It's quite the opposite. There is vaping going on everywhere, and it was coming into the bathroom, through the air conditioner and through the kitchen area. The air was stale and unbreathable. I have a serious allergy to vape, and I have asthma, so saying a place is smoke free when it isn't is dangerous for some people. I don't need anything fancy in a room. I just require oxygen, which this places was lacking in abundance. I also encountered it at the spa when I went for a treatment. I had to change tables because the first one I laid in smelled like someone had been vaping into the head hole during a previous massage. The massage therapist also didn't seem to be well trained. This is the first time I've complained about a massage ever. She put all her weight on my back by crawling on me painfully. I asked her to stop, but she continued. Later on, she was bending my leg in such a way that it was causing me pain, so I asked her to just massage the muscles, and she tried to insist on doing the other side first. I had to snap at her to get her to stop. I have had sciatic and back pain for a week because of it. Also, most shops are vacant. There is not much resort at the resort. Terrible experience.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. I really like the rooms, as well as the swimming pool. The staff is polite and cooperative.

Second time ive stayed at this hotel. A very nice complex. Good restaurants and shopping facilities. Really good pool area.
Rooms cleaned and changed every day. Will stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Al Seef Resort. The hospitality was excellent and the staff were always willing to accommodate my request. The place itself was a surprising concept. A mini community of well furnished and extremely spacious apartments. It was like home away from home. The resort had various interesting amenities and dining options and an excellent shopping mall of really delightful shops. Children’s play areas, a library and swimming pool including a spa retreat centre were just a few of the delightful amenities available. A lovely oasis of harmony, tranquility and beauty that would appeal to groups as well as families with young kids and singles also. I will definitely be back to the Al Seef Resort. Thanks to the delightfully kind staff who made my stay exceptional especially Rasika, Rashid and Pyne Sone. Brilliant and warm hospitality from them all.

The hotel needs to be renovated super old and doesnt meet the standards of Abudhabi hotels.... the bathroom sink was not clean the lamp next to the bed sooooo old yellowish lighting of the room very bad theres no elevator so if u have a luggage it will be a hassle eventhough if theres someone that will carry ur luggage. The AC is in front of the bed even in a low fan u it will still hit ur face! There was a smell of humidity when I entered the room.

The mall next to it is so limited carrefour is the only good option. The area itself is far from the touristic places
