Location
The location is exceptionally strategic. Situated in Central Jakarta (Senen area), it is right next to the Plaza Atrium Shopping Mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It is also very close to the Pasar Senen train station and local culinary hubs like the Pasar Subuh cake market and Nasi Kapau stalls.
Atmosphere
As a classic 4-star hotel, it exudes a grand and warm, traditional corporate vibe. While the property has a more classic, mature aesthetic rather than a ultra-modern minimalist look, it feels lively and welcoming, making it perfect for both business travelers and families.
Rooms (Superior Room)
The Superior Room is remarkably spacious compared to newer hotels in the same price range. The bed is comfortable, and the classic furnishings include a nice workspace and a cozy chaise lounge. However, the room design and some electronics (like the TV) show their age and could use a modern tech upgrade.
Value
Excellent value for money. For the price of a standard Superior Room—especially bundled with a buffet breakfast—you get spacious accommodation, classic comfort, and prime central location access that is hard to beat in Jakarta.
Cleanliness
The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Bed linens were fresh, and the bathroom amenities were spotless. A few spots across the older carpets show signs of aging, but the overall hygiene standards remain highly commendable.
Noise Level
Given its location in the bustling heart of Senen, you can occasionally hear faint city traffic or street noises from the outside. However, the room soundproofing is generally decent enough to ensure a good night's sleep.
Service*
The staff behavior is one of the biggest highlights. From the reception desk to the housekeeping team, everyone is polite, helpful, and very responsive to guest requests.
Amenities & Breakfast
The outdoor pool and gym facilities are great additions. The highlight here is the **buffet breakfast**, which offers a massive spread of varied choices, ranging from local Indonesian delicacies to Western favorites. The food is flavorful and consistently replenished.
Suggestion for the Future
While the hotel is close to public transport, adding a dedicated **airport or train station shuttle service** (either complimentary or as an optional add-on) would greatly elevate the guest experience and make it seamless for transit travelers.

This hotel was amazing, they have excellent services from their front office, housekeeping, and everything else. The design of the room was extraordinary, the bath was awesome. This experience was so wonderful, I would come back here again.

السكن تم اعطائي غرفة بجوار غرفة اخرى سويت مفصول تقريبا ،، ازعاج الدي بجانبي مجموعة شباب ، ولم يتجاوب معي الفندق بحكم لا توجد غرفة اخرى متوفرة

スタッフがにこやかに親切に対応してくれて気持ち良かった。
特に、帰国時空港迄タクシー(blue bird)を利用したが、ルピアでのキャッシュ払いが原則だったが円での支払い交渉をしてくれて無事空港に到着し助かった。
設備が古いので清潔感は今一だった。
