Overall, I had a good stay. I really liked the location of the apartment, the cleanliness, and how quickly the staff responded whenever we needed assistance.

Cons:

However, there were a couple of things I didn’t like. Even though I booked the apartment for three guests, it didn’t seem like they had properly prepared for the third person. They also charged an extra fee for the third person’s bed, but it wasn’t properly set up when we arrived. In addition, there was no designated smoking area except downstairs or by the rooftop pool, which was a bit inconvenient.

Desde URUGUAY nos atendieron de maravilla, Muy Buen colchon ,jacuzzi genial, Comida exelente, desayuno y restaurante, limpio ,lugar comodo , a 2 cuadras de los ferries , parque tematico para ir por las noches todo caminando me encanto sin dudas volvere al mismo🙌

Great place for special occasions
Pros:

I was there for my girlfriend birthday and I had requested for a little cake for her surprise and they were able to deliver it . The room was really spacious and the jacuzzi was amazing . The welcome drink was also a nice touch and I highly recommend this hotel for couples . Location was near asiatique , plenty of good restaurant options around the area and massage shops . We ended up extending our reservation for another 3 nights as we enjoyed the place quite a bit.

The rooftop restaurant had an amazing view.

Cons:

The curtains in the window were loose and they made quite bit a noise on windy nights , the jacuzzi had a loose piece that kept coming off . The iron for clothing kept leaking. Sometimes we had to wait a little bit at reception as it seemed for them to be a bit short-staffed.
