Dirty. Mouldy smell coming from aircon. One of the rooms had ripped up carpet and both rooms had dirty walls. Beds were so uncomfortable all you could feel where the springs

Pros:

The rooms, and stay were perfect. The location was fantastic and convenient.

Cons:

There is only 1 laundry machine per floor! The washer dryer combo does not dry clothes and when asking staff for assistance they just hand you a paid service paper. Expected more from a fancy hotel!

Pros:

Staff were lovely and hotel is handy for universal but beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the restaurant was a real let down not worth the money at all

感動と笑顔溢れる最高の思い出
Pros:

パーク目の前の立地の良さはもちろんの事、想像通りに綺麗なホテルでした。パーク側の部屋という事もあり夜の景色も最高でした。

ただ何よりもスタッフの方々の対応の素晴らしさに感動しました。宿泊2日目に4歳の息子が体調を崩して部屋で嘔吐してしまった時も夜遅くに男性のスタッフさんがお布団の交換に来てくださり、小さななお子様は体調を崩してしまう事はよくある事ですのでお気になさらずにと丁寧にご対応くださいました。片付けを手早く終えて、部屋を出ていかれる時も、「本当に気にしないでくださいね。ごゆっくりお休みください。」柔らかな笑顔のスタッフさんの優しさに、恐縮していた私の心は救われる気持ちでした。

来年の旅行も大阪に、そして必ずまたこちらのホテルにお世話になろうと思っています！また、よろしくお願いいたします♪
