Excelente hotel
Pros:

Ubicación extremadamente conveniente, personal muy atento y amable, desayuno exquisito, cómodo, bellas vistas.

Cons:

Mi reserva decía planta superior, me gustaría que especifique mejor el rango porque reservé Deluxe y era en el piso 10. Aclaro que es solo una duda personal que tengo.

Great location for easy access to Universal Studios
Pros:

The staff were so helpful! Helped me store my luggage when I arrived super early
I also loved the Park View room, got to watch the roller-coaster go past and had a great view of the Tempozan Bridge and Ferris Wheel

If you’re going to universal studios this is a great spot to stay!
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing!!!! You could see so much. It allowed for us to view the most incredible sunsets. Easy access to universal studios. Tons of food right outside. (Expect the restaurants to be super full of park visitors though) When you get off the train, you’re at the hotel!

Cons:

We attempted to “forward” our luggage many times. Their forwarding hours are strange. We had a full day tour and wanted to leave our bags at the front (we left at 7 and the forwarding service opened at 9) but they couldn’t accommodate. Tried again the next day but our train to the next stop left at 8am and they didn’t open till 9. Had to lug allllll our bags on 5 trains. It turned a peaceful travel day into a nightmare. I would suggest they change their luggage forwarding hours . People do stuff before 9am.

Location, Space and Fun!
Pros:

We loved our room, it looked over the park and the kids just loved watching the rides go at night. Was perfect location to get to universal and into Osaka. So many options of toiletries too, was amazing. Good space for 4 people too.

Cons:

I think you just need to get some extra hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom, there was only really space for 2 and there was 4 of us. The pillows too, they had these hard backs, so maybe softer pillows.

Pros:

風呂トイレが別なのもアメニティや貸出が充実してるのも最高なんだけど、内装がめちゃ綺麗で夢がありまくりな感じがユニバへの期待値を爆上げしてくれたし、スタッフの方の説明も丁寧で嬉しかったです。また、ユニバに行く際は絶対泊まろうのお気持ち🫶
あと、チェックアウト後もフロントに荷物を預けることができるのもパーク中のコインロッカーに入れる手間が省けてスムーズに荷物検査に進めたし、ユニバでどれだけお土産を買ってもフロントの方で自宅に郵送できるのが神。

Cons:

一応ホテルのナイトウェアはあるんだけど、パジャマ上下セットで寝たいよって人は持っていくといいかも。それ以外は全部揃う
