We loved the close location to Universal.

Cons:

There was a mix up with the breakfast and we had to pay at the time. It was very expensive and wasnt worth it. The place is looking tired but we appreciated being on site.

連泊なのに部屋替えで、疲れました。
Pros:

USJに近い。ユニバーサルシティ駅も近い。
部屋の設備不備にすぐ対応してくれた。
2泊目の部屋替えを提案してくれた。
スタッフの方は、丁寧な対応だった。

Cons:

設備の点検が不十分だった事。
ウォシュレットが全く作動しなかった。
トイレの流すスイッチもダメになるのではないかと、ヒヤヒヤした。
部屋替え当日にこちらから連絡しないと、何も連絡くれなかった。人手が足りていないのかな？
