In Australia we wouldnt even give a 1 star rating for a hotel this dirty
Pros:

The only good thing was the view of universal studios

Cons:

The "romantic room" we booked was two hard and uncomfortable beds pushed together which in the middle of the night when rolling over to cuddle my partner i fell down the middle of the beds and injured myself.

The sofa was disgustingly dirty and needs to be replaced or atleast cleaned.

We were told being a luxury room aed get a special checkin but instead lined up for 40mins to check in.

The man at check in gave us no information and as we paid extra for breakfast everymorning they tried to tell us we have to pay and we had to argue that we already had.

The tv is only in Japanese which isnt any good fpr tourists and you cannot even log in to netflix.

훌륭한 접근성 매우좋은시설 일부직원의 언어소통문제
Pros:

USJ와 매우 가깝고 지하철역도 접근성이 매우좋음

Cons:

조식 서비스 직원과 마찰이있었다
해당호텔 직원의 영어를 이해못해 발생된 이슈였으나 그 직원이 대하는 태도는 매우 불쾌한 경험이었으며 나중에 매니저와 해당 직원에게 사과를 받았지만 즐거웠어야 할 여행경험의 오점을 남긴 추억이 되어버렸다.

Great hotel. Excellent location and wonderful staff
Pros:

Genuinely amazing hotel perfectly located at universal studios. Excellent facilities, really large and spacious rooms with lovely views. Stayed on one of the higher floors and it was great. Will definitely be back if I decide to visit universal again

Cons:

If I had to nitpick, it would’ve nice if they had a hotel bar because there’s nothing to do in the evening and I was hoping to have a glass of wine and so some work but their restaurant was closed and there was nothing else.

Pros:

Great facilities. Washing machines, ice and water, microwaves on every floor. Close to park entrance. Breakfast daily. Great for families. Helpful staff. Lugguge delivery down stairs at lawsons.

Flat pillows.
