GW中だし、まぁこんなものなのかな？です。
Pros:

スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

Cons:

大人2人と大人2人＋子ども1人＋添い寝幼児1人で部屋を手配しましたが、狭い部屋に大人2人と子ども2人のベッド3台、広い部屋に大人2人のベッド2台の準備になっていて、人数的に逆なのでは！？と感じた。
また、子ども（7歳）の利用に大人パジャマが準備されていたり、隣同士の部屋を希望したら勝手にコネクティングルームにされていたりと、なんだか…ん？と思うことが多々ありました。

Pros:

部屋や設備が使いやすかった。またUSJに近くパークへのアクセスがとてもよかったし、近くにコンビにもあったので便利だった。

Cons:

洗濯機がもう少し大型だと助かった（家族3人で利用したのだが、乾燥まで行おうとすると１度に洗える量が少ないので、数回に分ける必要があった）
