ユニバ近隣ホテルの中でスタッフの方々の対応が一番いいと思います
Pros:

ユニバから近いことを優先に選びましたが、近さはもちろんスタッフの方々の応対が素敵でした。
トイレとバスルームが別なのが嬉しかったです。
バスタブがあることも、入浴剤があることも寒い中帰ってきた時に本当にありがたかったです。
近隣ホテル4つほど回りましたが一番いいです！

電話のら設備面ではちょっと残念ではあったが、普通という事にしておきます。
Pros:

清潔で綺麗だった

Cons:

電話の内線が通じなくて、スタッフが来室し調べてもらったら、内線の差し込み口が不整備だった事が判明。
直ぐには修理は難しいとの事であった！

ユニバに行くならここが最高のホテル
Pros:

スタッフさんの接客がとても良かった。
パークから近く便利。
コンビニ直通なので、不足しているものに急に気づいても困らない。
パークの世界観に合わせて作られている内装も面白い。

Cons:

あまりないけど、、、
強いていえば、パソコン作業がしやすい机があったら、なお良かった。
でも、遊びに行く場所なので、普通は必要ないし、折りたたみの机があったから全然こまらなかった。
朝食会場が混むけれど想定の範囲内。
むしろスタッフさんの見事な客捌きを眺めて関心した。

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé : l’hôtel en lui même, l’accueil, le service, la chambre, les prestations, son emplacement à proximité immédiate du réseau de transport et du parc Universal Studios, des nombreux espaces de restauration autour de l’hôtel, des magasins…

Cons:

Il manquait juste des prises au niveau des têtes de lit, en particulier des prises USB/USB-C.
