Pela falta de água: PÉSSIMA.
Pros:

Sem condições de gostar.
Desde a entrada até a saída sem água fria. Impossível tomar banho e escovar os dentes. Não tinha água fria e a água quente fervia, muito quente, sem condições de uso.

Cons:

Quarto limpo, cama boa.
Banheiro sem água fria da minha chegada às 18 hs até a saída às 9 hs do dia seguinte. Impossível tomar banho e escovar os dentes a água quente fervia, impossível usar.
