Magnífica !
Pros:

Tudo foi incrível, limpeza do quarto, café da manhã com muita variedade e o sabor impecável. O carisma do recepcionista foi incrível ! Como foi nossa primeira ida à Gramado nos conquistou completamente. Com certeza em próximas idas nossa 1ª opção será o hotel Bertoluci.

Pros:

Funcionários muito atenciosos. Musica ao vivo alguns dias no café, pousada linda e aconchegante.

Cons:

Poderiam melhorar na cama, infelizmente não tão confortável, o café deveria ter variedades, todos os dias as msm coisas. Era bom porem enjoei de comer a msm coisa.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, no caminho entre Gramado e Canela, próximo à várias lojas de fábrica de chocolates. Fica um pouco distante do centro de Gramado, mas a tranquilidade compensa a distância. Café da manhã bem variado e farto. Equipe sempre muito disposta e solícita.
