Poor reception behavior. No welcome words no smiles.
Old room with dirty windows.
Not going to stay here next time.

Het hotel bevindt zich op een makkelijke locatie en heeft een privéparkeerplaats. Bij het inchecken was de mevrouw zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en stond open voor mijn wensen. Het ontbijt was gewoon ok. Mooi en zeer proper!

Don’t not book this hotel for anything the service is very bad and the room service is terrible it’s been 4 days straight no one come to clean the room and they bring you dirty not washed towels, the bed covers are half way you can literally see the dirty mattress you sleep in because the mattress cover is short the pillows are really small and uncomfortable it’s the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in trust me it’s not even worth the money to stay here!!!!

This is the second time I stay at this hotel after it has undergone rebranding. I stayed early April and almost after one month I stayed again. One of the two lifts is still out of service since my last stay, leaving the hotel with only one lift serving almost 70 rooms and the hotel staff. House keeping is poor. One day we left the room around 12 pm came back midnight and the room was never made up. Last night we came back to the room and they supplied the room with one bath towel only. I called the reception this morning to supply the room with additional towels and after almost 35 minutes after a second call the housekeeping staff provided a towel without bringing the shower floor mat too. I told her to bring one and now one hour and she did not come. Towels are old, floor carpet is very old too.

Bassic hotel nothing special,

İş için daha önce geldiklerimden çok çok daha iyidi.Daha temiz daha ilgili ve ve odadaki havlu sayılarına ve yatak düzenine daha çok dikkat ediliyor.Son 2 gelişimden beri otelin gelişimini görüyorum.Umarım böyle devam eder.

Odada tek havlu yoktu, lavabo gideri calismiyordu sandelye yirtikti masa deforme olmustu

Birçok kez iş kaldığımız bir oteldi.Önceden memnunduk fakat her geldiğimizde temizlik ve odadaki havlu vb. eksikler hep oluyordu.Lakin bu konaklamamızda hem odadaki eksikler hem temizlik hadsafhada eksik ve kötüydü.Bunların acilen düzeltilmesi gerekiyor.Özen ve önem atfedilmesi lazım.

Çok vasat bir otel kapı bozuk ısıtıcılar çalışmıyor odada mont ile dolaşmak zorunda kaldık resimlerde gösterildiği gibi bir otel değil aldanmayın

Stay was confortable finding the hotel was a bit confusing but overall the hotel was nice

Whilst it was only one night we booked a double non smoking room. We're given a twin which smelled of cigarettes.
