Valeu a pena.
Pros:

A equipe de atendimento na recepção e copa é maravilhosa. Todos muito simpáticos, prestativos e competentes. Nota mil pela agilidade e educação.
Ar condicionado funcionando bem, roupa de cama limpinha, café da manhã gostoso (com frutas, para, bolos, suco, ovo, iogurte, cereais, leite e café).
Fiz tudo que precisei nesta viagem a pé, pois tem tudo perto (faculdade Bom Jesus, shoppings, restaurantes, mercado, hospital).

Cons:

Senti falta de um isolamento acústico melhor e de uma duchinha higiênica. O chuveiro esquenta bem, mas no meu quarto a intensidade do fluxo variou um pouco ao longo do banho.
De noite não recomendo andar na região com pertences de valor dada a quantidade de pessoas em situação de rua sob efeito do uso de drogas.

Pros:

Localização, acomodação pelo custo benefício foi ótimo, café da manhã excelente, funcionários bem treinados e respeitosos

Cons:

A única coisa que atrapalha é luz dos corredores que fica acendendo e apagando toda hora, isso foi bem ruim, pra que tem dificuldade com o sono não é bom, deveriam ser apagadas as luzes a noite

- Apt pequeno, mas Super me atendeu.. limpinho e cheiroso.
Boa localização, inclusive para pegar o Ônibus de turismo.
Só tive contato mas com a Recepcionista de olhos azuis, Muito simpatia inclusive.

Da Sra da cozinha com a cara de Mal humorada me perguntando qual era meu quarto nos cafés da Manhã.

A estadia foi curta, mas muito agradável. Cumpriu com as expectativas e atendeu o que eu precisava.
Pros:

A localização é ótima, perto de shoppings, padarias, mercados, etc. O hotel é limpo e organizado e o staff é muito receptivo e atencioso. O banheiro tem um bom chuveiro e o wi-fi funcionava bem. A cama era bem confortável e as roupas de cama estavam limpas. O café da manhã é muito bom e variado!

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor. Tive dificuldade em estudar, pois a luz era pouco fraca e não iluminava todo o ambiente. Mesmo havendo janela para o corredor, sugiro investir em alguma iluminação indireta, talvez abajures.
