The staff was very kind and friendly. In a good location where you can find various restaurants and shops to walk around.

I had booked my stay almost two weeks in advance and when I got here they gave me a downgraded room and charged me for my original booking.
Didn’t give me the option to move rooms either because of the hotel being booked.
Asked if I wanted an apology instead of just doing so, which was weird.

We had a flat tire in a very remote location and were desperate to make it into the city. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were allowed into a room early without a reservation- I literally cried. Everything was comfortable and clean. Although we had not planned on staying in Saltillo - I could think of a better more friendly helpful destination.
