El personal muy amable, buena ubicación, los cuartos eran amplios y el desayuno muy rico. Pedimos cuna por nuestra bebé y nos la dieron

Faltaba variedad en el desayuno, en el dormitorio nos dijeron dos camas y uno era sofá cama y no era muy cómodo, el primer día nos dijeron que nos harían la limpieza de habitación pero cuando llegamos no lo habían hecho

Cons:

El horario de check- in lo considere muy tarde. Por otra parte el valor para adelantar el check- in lo considere elevado., casi pagar otro alojamiento.
Y check - out demasiado temprano, en mi caso particular debí atender trámites personales en la mañana y debí correr al alojamiento de vuelta, aún así tuve que salir una hora después. Por lo demás todo bien.

¡JUSTO LO QUE NECECITABA!
Pros:

Demoré en estacionarme por una camioneta de patente uruguaya mal ubicada. Importante que ofrece estacionamiento.
Marco y puerta de baño (lado interior)requieren mantenerlo impecables y no lo está. Resto muy bien.

Habitación caliente en todo momento, espectacular para una buena estancia teniendo en cuenta el clima de Santiago, una cama amplia y confortable, gente muy amable siempre y excelente ubicación, a unas cuadras del Sky Costanera.

Desayunos, pese a que reservamos con la información de buffet, nos daban horarios fijos para desayunar y tiempos para retirarnos del comedor
