The service was excellent. The staff at the front desk were polite and attentive, and whenever we needed anything, they responded very quickly. The place is small, but that actually made it feel cozy and allowed for more personalized service. Breakfast is included with the stay. We also took several tours that departed early in the morning, and the hotel kindly prepared breakfast bags with sandwiches and fruit for us to take along. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Excelente atención del personal en general, es un hotel chico, cómodo en un excelente lugar residencial, hay “gente se queja de que habría que hacerle mejoras, que esto, que aquello” que se vayan y paguen un hotel 5 estrellas..!! por el precio/calidad este hotel es excelente. Volvería sin ninguna duda ..!

El baño no es cómodo, no hay donde dejar cosas.
Boa localização, mas longe do metrô. Hotel simples mas confortável. Gostei que tem banheira no quarto. Cama macia.
Quando fomos fazer o pagamento disseram que iam cobrar 20% de taxa no cartão e que para pagar tínhamos que converter pesos em dólar e pagar no dinheiro. Quando fomos fazer check-out cobraram água a mais do que consumimos e tivemos que pagar 20 mil pesos e não tínhamos como comprovar que não tinha sido tudo isso em água
Excelente atenciòn de todos sus empleados. Llegue antes de la hora del Check In y me permitieron dejar mis maletas mientras almorzaba en un restaurant de la zona.
Lembrem que no Chile se pagar em dólar a estadia, você ficará isento de algumas taxas!! Funcionários bem atenciosos, você não vai passar fome com os passeios que são antes do café da manhã (ótimo por sinal), eles vão ter total atenção e preparar lanches para os hóspedes, ótima localização, muita coisa perto, alguns até da para ir andando (shopping, restaurantes…)

En realidad todo, me encanto la zona, el personal muy amable. Que tenga estacionamiento. El desayuno Buffet muy completo. Cuando viaje nuevamente a Santiago será mi primera elección

La atención de sus trabajadores siempre muy amables. La ubicación es buena y el desayuno también. Las habitaciones cómodas
El baño tenía una fuga de agua y salía agua por debajo del lavamanos creo.
La ducha tenía algo de moho en las esquinas y paredes.
Es tercera vez que reservo acá, y siempre todo impecable, el personal es amable y los desayunos son muy ricos.
