It is our home away from home while visiting our family in the area.
Pros:

The staff is so friendly! We have stayed at this property four or five times and feel a nice relationship with the staff. The breakfast is a good way to start the day. Lucy always has a smile on her face while restocking food for the guests. We love the pool! Also, the rooms are always clean. If you want something to eat, there are some good choices close by!

We have no complaints.

One/two star hotel charging 3 star price.
Pros:

Good location, friendly front desk, good breakfast included in stay.

Cons:

Air conditioning in first room didn’t work so we were moved to the only other king room available. Right beside the exterior door where people were going in and out until 2:30 am sounded like they were coming into our room. Air conditioning compressor right outside was extremely loud- even with our personal fan running high to cover outside noise. Bathroom and linens were clean but the fitted sheet was so worn, it came off and rolled up in the bed. Didn’t realize how dirty the carpet was until walking barefoot to shower and seeing the “black” come off the bottom of my feet down the drain.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. We did have somewhere we needed to be early, so maybe offer breakfast a little earlier on the weekends. We did feel a little rushed.

Cons:

We had very loud neighbors that stayed up all night. One night, we had someone knocking on our door.

Everyone was nice and breakfast was nice and the pool was okay just a little hot inside the pool room.
