Nice room. Great people. Great view.
The breakfast buffet kept running out of food. Not nearly as many choices as in the past. We have stayed there many times. Maid service was marginal. We stayed 3 nights. After the first day the beds weren't made. The 2nd day the beds were very poorly made. Not up to past standards.

For a one-night transit hotel, it's more than you need. Mike at the front desk does an amazing job. He handled the issues I ran into that day with so much professionalism. He truly knows what customer service means—he is extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. When you meet people like him, you definitely want to come back
Location and cleanliness of our room was very good
The tv in the sitting room only got one channel
Great quiet, location just on the outskirts of Enterprise, up on a hill with gorgeous views. Room was very spacious with plenty of space to put luggage. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was served promptly right before 6:00 AM.
The bathroom was a little dated, cramped, and needed a little maintenance TLC (the bathroom sink was slow to drain). Some of the towels were coming apart at the edges. The room was also on the naturally darker side - even with all the lights on and curtains open, it was very dim.
Nothing to like at this property. 0 stars. Waste of money. Has the Best Western name on it. But it is not a Best Western. Do not stay here.
Staff is rude, hotel is dirty, carpets smell like mold. Our room had a horrible musty odor smell. If you have allergies. Don’t stay here. Breakfast is garbage, if you can even call it breakfast. Leave a do not disturb sign on the door they still knock. Don’t look up, you’ll see all of the water stains from water leaks in the roof/ceiling. Hot tub is warm bath water temps. Not a hot tub.
For the cost of an overnight I would have expected an elevator.

Comfortable room with space for two suitcases, convenient location for visiting Joseph and Hells Canyon Overlook, good air conditioning, breakfast sausage and egg item.
No water bottles in room, no pastries other than bagels for breakfast.

Everything is clean and comfortable. I travel with a dog, and they are great about making sure there is a 1st floor room. The staff is helpful and pleasant.
They kept refilling as needed. Had a variety of things to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will go there again if I get a chance.

The hotel was fantastic.
Booking.com didn't inform the hotel that I booked two rooms, which Idid. It was only by chance that they had a room for Andy. They had us in a king bed together, that didn't work for myself or for Andy. I'm really disappointed in booking.com for obvious reasons. You need to do better at setting reservations.
