Bed sheet had blood stains on it. Not good
It was a very basic hotel.
The room conditions and service were extremely disappointing. I had emailed the property specifically requested that the pull-out sofa be set up for sleep as we were checking in late with young children and it was not done. The "bed" itself was highly uncomfortable for our children. Furthermore, the room featured sticky floors throughout all the tiled areas, which were awful to walk on. Basic amenities fell short: we received only two towels for a family of four, and the staff took nearly an hour to fulfill our request for two more. Lastly, the hotel breakfast was entirely inadequate with tasteless coffee, painfully limited selection of food, and fell and far below acceptable standards for similar hotels. Overall would not recommend.

A little expensive with ok breakfast
I have stayed at this property many times over the past few years. about a year ago things began to change (Maybe a ownership change. I am not certain). Staff became less responsive, their dispositions changed, housekeeping began slipping, and cleanliness of the property all over but particularly in rooms has declined significantly. As a guest when you have to fight to get your room cleaned and cannot get more than 2 wash cloths or 2 towels you know you have hit bottom.
customer service is poor with no accountability or respect for regular guests.
I should have written this review much sooner and truthfully had not planned to do so but my experience kept eating at me so I figured I should do so now. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this property ever again and I would suggest others considering this property.... RECONSIDER, there are other choices much more favorable.
The location was nice, the rooms were nice if it was cleaned correctly.
The room was left dirty. The hotel staff said they’d look into it and we’ve yet to hear back after 4 days.
