Pros:

Went for a Competition, stayed 1 night. Arrived only one elevator and Front entrance Blocked. Not a pleasant experience given $$.Then had a "adjoining" room with a VERY loud family. Front desk did not move us. Had to complain 5x!

Au sixième étage, chambre 601, à côté de la glaciaire: beaucoup de bruit. En plus la porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas de l’extérieur!! Même si j’avais mentionné le problème rien n’est fait. Le petit déjeuner était très limité et peu de quantité! Par contre, Home 2 à Montréal ou à Burlington étaient excellents! À vrai dire, je ne m’attendais pas à cela pour un Hilton! Et, je ne sais pas pourquoi ils n’ont pas la même qualité même si c’est la même chaine et le même nom!!!

Cockroach Hotel
Pros:

Arrived at midnight and went to first room with two beds. Full of baby and adult cockroaches. Took videos and photos and went to front desk. Offered a new room but only had a king and pull out. No bugs but not equivalent room. Was told GM would be on site at 7 am. Checked out at 11 but not available. Left my number and asked her to call me. I called her two hours later and left a message for her to call me back. Applied a $50 credit to CC but still no call or discussion. Called Hilton Corp and sent photos and videos. I was offered a full refund and an apology

I stay in approx 80 hotels per year and have been traveling for over 35 yrs and have never experienced such treatment.

Pros:

Large room for a family with two children. Quick and easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The room smelled very musty. The sofa had ripped cushions. The ‘breakfast’ was an abomination.

Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zimmer war schön groß. Betten waren bequem. Richtige Teller und Besteck beim Frühstück. Lage zur Stadt in Ordnung.
