Pros:

スタッフも丁寧に対応してくれましたし、部屋も清潔でとても良かったです。

Cons:

エアコンを入れたら、くしゃみが止まらなくなりました。
アレルギーなんでしょうがないと思いましたが。

値段の割にはサービスや朝食が良い

スタッフの対応。

Cons:

部屋は清潔にされているが、気分が悪くなるほどではないが独特の臭いがあった。
大きな道路に面しているので夜中の暴走族のバイクの音がうるさかった。

焼きたてワッフルが美味しい、家族みんな大満足のホテル
Pros:

朝食ビュッフェがシンプルでしたがとても美味しかったです。特にワッフルとカレーがお気に入りでした。
コーヒーとレモンウォーターの無料サービスも良かったです。
値段もとてもリーズナブルで助かりました。山梨に帰省する際はまた利用したいと思います。

Cons:

特にありません。強いて言えば自販機にノンアルがあると嬉しい。

総合的に見て満足することができました。
Pros:

今回ダブルルーム２部屋利用させていただきましたが、価格もお手頃で比較的広めな部屋だったのでとても快適に過ごすことができました。

Cons:

朝食がビュッフェ形式でしたが、種類が少ないためビュッフェのメリットをあまり感じることができませんでした。味は比較的満足できました。

また泊まりたい。
Pros:

スタッフさんが皆さん感じが良かった。
特に相川さん？相原さん？の対応が特に良かったです。チェックインの際早めの入室を希望したところ無料で入れるような方法を案内してくれた。こちらとしては前延長をお支払いするつもりだったのでとても助かりました。

Não sei se gostei de algo.

Cons:

Cheguei no hotel e tive que pagar 2 mil ienes a mais pelo meu filho de 12 anos. No quarto não tinha cama individual ou cama extra.
No café da manhã só meu filho quis comer, paguei o valor e fui informada que não poderia ficar com ele na mesa. Não gostei!
