Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro.
Zona tranquilla e silenziosa.
Letto comodo e con una bella vista sul porto.
Bella la terrazza per vedere il panorama all'ultimo piano.

Cons:

La stanza era piccola e non c'era il posto per aprire le valigie.
Abbiamo avuto problemi all'arrivo in quanto abbiamo trovata la stanza molto fredda e non c'era alcuna spiegazione su come funzionasse il riscaldamento. La struttura si trova sopra una collina e per chi ha bagagli diventa un po impegnativo, essa è privo di ascensore ma ne eravamo consapevoli, però le scale erano strette e ripide quindi diventava faticoso con le valigie.

入住6号房间，一进门一楼左手边一间，在酒店的第二个门的外面，房间的门锁常有人按，大门口人进人出，像极了一个门岗房，再也不会来了。

Pros:

The accommodation was a perfect location for us being close to the train station and Old Town. Loved the character of the building and our room. Bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily rebook in the future.

Nice location and cute room for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location, cute room. The two big windows were nice. Easy instructions to get in and we appreciated access to luggage storage and a place to hang out while we waited for our taxi.

Cons:

The room was smaller than it looked in the photos- but it had a good sized mini fridge. The outlets were less than ideal for charging phones overnight, but we managed. There is only a bedside table on one side of the bed, and we both want to have water and our phones beside us. It is a pretty tight room for two people if you have anything more than carry-on luggage.

Pros:

We liked the classic building and room.

Cons:

The refrigerator in our room broke down and was unusable. We had to throw away the food and beer we’d brought with us the next day. The hair conditioner hadn’t been refilled and was empty. I called several times and told the emergency response staff about it, but in the end, nothing was done about it.

Perfect location to roam the streets of Old Quebec.

Déçu, je ne remettrai jamais les pieds là-bas.

Cons:

- L'odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre et la salle de bain.
- La taille de la chambre : pourquoi mettre deux lits doubles dans un si petit espace ?
- La salle de bain minuscule.
- Pas d'isolation avec l'extérieur, donc bruyant.
- La chambre n'était pas propre : salle de bain sale, odeur horrible de pied, sols sales.
- Le frigo faisait un bruit infernal dans la chambre.

Pros:

L emplacement et uniquement l'emplacement, c'était d'ailleurs mon choix premier

Cons:

Robinet défectueux du lavabo, il a été changé rapidement suite à mon intervention, on voit bié qu'aucun responsable passe vérifier quoi que ce soit...la machine a cafqui ne marchait pas, la porte d'entrée trop vieille qui laisse passer lumière et bruit car cest un endroit de passage important....tous les clients passent devant chez vous !....et pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, une petite vitre sur une porte qui donne nulle part...bref comme je l'ai dit au loueur, il devrait fermer cette chambre et l'oublier. Compte tenu du prix ...plus de 300 dollars, cest scandaleux

Location makes this a great place to stay.
Pros:

Location could not be better! It was so convenient to Chateau Frontenanc and all the shops in the upper level of Old Quebec City.

Cons:

There were other guests in the building who were noisy at times.

Cons:

Chambres petites, bruyantes pour celles qui donnent sur rue. L'électricité a été coupé le matin. Il manque une table de chevet. Nous avons reçu le code d'entrée que pour 1 chambre et on en avait loué 2. Très vieux, électricité peut sécurisante. Cher pour fe que c'est.
