The hotel should keep up with Japanese standard operation.
Pros:

Cons:

1.Poor English communication both staff and signboard ( no English )
2.Hidden left luggage charge ¥500/bag for before and after checking in
3.Small common room on each floor has no rule to inform the guests to have proper manner
to share the facilities ie keeping down their voices, limiting time for occupancy
4.Toilets are vey old and dirty
5.No shower room on each floor, so guests can only go to public bath on 7th floor to take
a shower
6.The hotel inform guests that the public bath ( onsen ) will be closed for their cleaning
during 10-11am, but in fact the cleaner came in around 9am and start to clean by putting
some detergents into the onsen bathtub and he didn’t stop or inform the guest who just
came in after the cleaning in process to get into the bathtab
7.Poor arrangements in capsule rooms assignment, during my stay for 3 nights, there were
roughly only 20-30% occupancy, but mostly they put all guests stayed in the same area
which created crowded space, noice pollution

Pros:

Personel bardzo pomocny i dostępny 24 godziny. Sauna onsen fotele z masażami i inne dostępne cały czas. Był to mój pierwszy raz w takim miejscu i jestem miło zaskoczony

上段と下段があって、
最初、上段で通された。
下段を希望してますと記載していたが、
スタッフから、記載にたいして、
反映されていませんね。と言われた。
スタッフは、対応していただいたと思います。反映されているかいないか、
確認してほしい。

Pros:

大浴場が広くてきれいです。湯が熱めで自分好みでした。

Cons:

ロッカー周りが狭い。今回は大丈夫でしたが、混雑してたら困りそうです。
自室に小さな換気扇がありますが熱が籠りやすく暑かった。
