Pros:

Мы были в этом отеле на Новый год, брали новогодний ужин в ресторане - еда вкусная и еще огромное количество. В ресторане есть выход на крышу, где хороший вид на весь город. У отеля есть подземная бесплатная парковка - очень удобно и особенно зимой, машина в тепле.

Cons:

Есть курящие этажи, есть некурящие, уточняйте при заселении или заранее. Зимой может быть прохладно в номере (все зависит от корректного номера) - кондей греет не особо, батареи могут быть не все рабочими, окна одинарные.

There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to customer service, all it takes training!
Pros:

The location is great and close to main attractions and the centre, the suite layout was lovely. Helpful staff when asked.

Cons:

The majority of the staff are not very warm or welcoming. The sofa bed was not very comfortable for an adult as it is slightly tilted inwards.

Great hotel, highly recommend and would return.
Pros:

We loved this hotel. We had a big 10th floor suite overlooking the Cascade Complex, so the view was amazing! Great shower and big bed. Central heating. Free parking (recommend requesting in advance though as there aren't many spaces). Rooftop bar was nice.

Cons:

The music in the sky view bar was too loud considering we were the only people there, and the music didn't fit the vibe. The cocktails tasted like they didn't have much alcohol in. Because of this, we only had one drink here then left.

Pros:

I can't think about a thing

Cons:

No water , no twoels, bad bed, not clean bed sheet, cold place, reception not available all the time when I call them
I tried to call them and asked for towels to bring but was no answer, I couldn't get water
