Good location to spend few days in Yerevan
Pros:

Good location, big rooms , nice staff .

Cons:

Insulation is not good , room fitted with kitchen but cannot be used as there are no equipment. Sauna and steam bath at extra cost .

Perfect stay in Yerevan
Pros:

Beautiful rooms and excellent location, everything in a walking distance and many cafes and restaurants nearby. An ideal stop for the city exploration. And absolutely stunning view. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, really nice bed and shower facility.

Aspetto un pò decadente con poca cura nei dettagli ( bidone della spazzatura ammaccato, il mobile del bagno deformato dall'umidità , poca attenzione alla pulizia , letto rifatto con lenzuola non adeguate alla dimensione dei materassi). Dalle foto pubblicate mi aspettavo meglio. Rapporto qualità prezzo non conveniente
