Nothing all was perfect
Very nice very friendly staff
The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The location was fantastic, the beach facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.
The only area that fell short of expectations was housekeeping. While the room was generally clean, I noticed dirt and dust buildup along some of the wall edges near the floor. Given the high price point and luxury positioning of the hotel, I expected a more meticulous level of deep cleaning and attention to detail.

Everything and absolutely everything! There was nothing not to like about the property. The location, the hotel itself is just beautiful and the views are incredible! The infinity pool was gorgeous. The breakfast was unlike any other. Not your regular breakfast buffet, it was 6 stars! with the most freshest of ingredients, so many choices and also able to order a la carte. The staff were by far the nicest, professional, kind and attentive staff I have ever come across in any hotel/resort I have stayed at around the world. I could go on and on.
