Представьте, вы работаете до момента вылета, потом два перелета, дорога, а потом попадаешь в отель, где весь персонал делает так, что бы ты почувствовал себя на отдыхе с первой минуты. Забота - это неверное, главное качество персонала отеля. Иззат, Айдана, и все, чьи имена я не запомнила, спасибо вам огромное за наш отдых!
А теперь немного про сам отель)
Мы брали машину в аренду, и вообще ехали отдыхать от всего, поэтому расположение для нас отличное. Изолированно, очень уютно.
Мы выбрали вариант завтрак/ужин. Это очень удобно. Завтраки заканчиваются в 13, можно спать сколько хочешь и не переживать, что проспал завтрак. Завтраки и ужины - все очень вкусно и красиво. Отличная ресторанная подача.
В этом отеле все уютно и комфортно. И чисто! (я не ищу с увеличительным стеклом пыль в углах)
Некоторые места ждут косметического ремонта, но, я так понимаю, отель это и сам знает, и потихоньку занимается обновлением.
Точно знаю, вернусь сюда.

Un séjour magnifique dans un cadre idyllique avec une équipe incroyable.
Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment exceptionnel : attentionné, souriant et toujours disponible. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre, avec une ambiance calme et reposante.

Juste la télé pas connectée à internet donc pas de Netflix disponible

Relaxing and amazing
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! So many options from the buffet and menu. Hotel is beautiful with sea views all around. The staff went above and beyond- they are amazing!

Cons:

There was a lot of nose at night from slamming doors in the corridor, and the hotel was having work done in the day adding to the noise. We booked in May during the shoulder season and only one of the hotel restaurants was open which was a bit disappointing.

I would return in high season!
Pros:

The room was beautiful. Stunning views of the bay! I loved the selection of the breakfast! the bed was super comfy and loved how you could order and personalised pillow to your room, really thought that was a great touch! The staff were friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The staff came across a little bit annoying and over the top/ a bit on top of you at points, but maybe because it was so quiet and pre season as there weren't many guests at the start of May. Would love to0 return to Bodrum when everything is open and more of a buzz!

Exceptional stay beyond expectations, even off-season
Pros:

During a tense period in the Gulf, I was waiting for flights to reopen so I could travel to Bodrum and stay at this hotel again. I chose it specifically because I know the level of comfort and service they provide—even off-season. The hotel operates at full capacity as if it were peak season.

This is my third consecutive year staying here, and every staff member, without exception, performs their job perfectly. From arrival to the moment I was escorted to my car, everything was seamless. Warm welcome drinks, smooth check-in, early room readiness, and thoughtful touches like a welcome card with flowers in the room.

They also added a service I hadn’t noticed before: choosing your preferred pillow type, which was very comfortable. I also appreciated the late check-out.

Special thanks to everyone—from housekeeping and valet to the hotel manager. You made my stay as relaxing as I hoped, and even more.
