Exceptionnel
Pros:

J’ai récemment effectué un voyage en solo au Cape Bodrum pendant la basse saison. Dès mon arrivée à l’hôtel, j’ai été accueillie chaleureusement avec un cocktail de bienvenue et une odeur de lavande envoûtante qui imprégnait tout l’établissement. Cette première impression était parfaite et a laissé une empreinte indélébile dans ma mémoire.

On m’a ensuite présenté ma chambre et tous ses équipements. Malgré mon anglais limité, le personnel a été incroyablement attentionné et a répondu à toutes mes questions avec patience et gentillesse.

Tout au long de mon séjour, j’ai eu la chance de bénéficier d’un suivi WhatsApp pour toutes mes questions, qui ont reçu des réponses rapides, claires et amicales. Le personnel était exceptionnellement adorable, et même si je voyageais seule, je me suis sentie traitée comme une princesse dans cet établissement. Ils ont répondu à tous mes besoins, même avant que je ne puisse les exprimer.

Étant donné que je voyageais hors saison, j’ai passé la majeure partie de mon temps à l’hôtel, mais je ne me suis jamais sentie mal à l’aise ou stressée. Le premier jour, je me suis offert un moment de détente au spa de l’hôtel, qui était tout simplement exceptionnel.

Un soir, au restaurant de l’hôtel, j’ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer un membre du personnel dont je regrette de ne pas me souvenir du nom. Il a vraiment amélioré mon séjour grâce à sa gentillesse, son écoute et sa capacité à parler un peu français, ce que j’ai trouvé particulièrement spécial. Un petit clin d’œil également à Caner, qui m’a accueillie chaque matin avec un délicieux petit-déjeuner.

Ma chambre était exceptionnelle. J’avais même oublié mon dentifrice, mais heureusement, il y en avait un de disponible ! Le lit était confortable, les compartiments des placards parfaits, l’éclairage idéal et le nettoyage effectué régulièrement.

Si vous envisagez de séjourner au Cape Bodrum, n’hésitez pas une seconde !

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities, great location in Gündoğan and truly wonderful staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, great facilities, excellent breakfast and truly wonderful staff. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially the two breakfast waiters who were so attentive and made breakfast the highlight of our day with everything you could possibly want. The hotel has extensive decking over the bay, making it a perfect place to soak up the sun and go for a swim. There’s a nice path along the water to town which is about a 10-15 minute walk with various restaurants along the way. Also there’s a good, free gym! We highly recommend it.

Cons:

Silly prices for things like the minibar and drinks and food outside of breakfast. For example, Paella by the beach for €56! Although to be fair eating out or drinking in Gündogan/Bodrum is surprisingly expensive in general. Spa is also expensive. So we simply didn’t partake. I think they’d make more money from such ancillaries with more reasonable prices as otherwise people simply don’t use them but they still have the costs of providing them. Also the hotel airport transfer is 3 times the price you can get online from a service like Shuttle Board which we used instead.

Cape Hotel Bodrum was the perfect birthday getaway! 🎂The team is super friendly and made me feel so special every single day - from the birthday cake surprise in my room to the thoughtful gift box and amazing service throughout my stay💝.

Breakfast was magical🍳🥐, the rooms were spotless, room service was top tier, and every single person I met was so warm and welcoming🥹Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk to central Gündoğan. There is a nice spa on ground floor along with an indoor pool 🏊 . Also a cute coffee shop with freshly baked goods. There is a hairdresser if you want to get a fresh trim 💇🏽‍♀️

Totally worth it - I’m already planning my next trip back! 🔜
