Fantastický hotel, určitě se vrátíme - skvělá kuchyně, krásné pokoje.
Pros:

Všechno bylo fantastické. Lokální a vynikající bio potraviny, skvělé místo na sjezdovce, úžasný výhled... Jediné co nám kazilo dojem a za co hotel nemůže, byli další hosté s nevychovanými náročnými dětmi, ale vzhledem k tomu, že jsme nevybrali hotel "adults only", nemůžeme to hotelu dávat za zlé.

Cons:

Možná lepší angličtina personálu :-) ale domluvili jsme se i tak... a hotel by zasloužil být adults only, vzhledem ke stylu stravování a zjevnému důrazu na kvalitní stolování a klidnou atmosféru. Ale to je jen podnět, nikoli stížnost.

Overall we had great time in this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

Excelent location on ski slope, great staff and service, clean and beautiful refurbisment of the hotel. Very good dinners.

Cons:

Smaller choice of food for breakfast. I would add more vegetables and plain cereals without sugar as well as oats and different type of eggs not only hard boiled.

Pros:

Ďakujeme za prijemný pobyt, za ktorý vďačíme milému personálu, výbornému ubytovaniu a skvelej polohe. Tak nádherný výhľad z izby Vám zostane veľmi dlho v pamäti. Hotel je postavený vysoko, takže svahy ( zjazdovka č.12) boli hneď k dispozícii. Kto si chce zalyžovať v stredisku Kromplatz .. určite výborná voľba. Raňajky a večere - vynikajúce. Ďakujeme.

Kdybych měl napsat vše, tak je to nadlouho. Perfektní na co si vzpomenete.....

TOP Lage mit äußerst freundlichem Personal ; Stil des Hotels traf meine Neigung ; Qualität der Küche konnte mit dem Hotel nicht mithalten, deshalb keine Weiterempfehlung ;Problem wurde mit dem Manager besprochen ; Problem der fast nicht eßbaren Semmeln wurde leider nicht erkannt

Un paradiso
Pros:

Albergo situato in una posizione eccezionale, con una vista superlativa.
Soggiornato in estate un weekend di brutto tempo, ma appena è uscito il sole si è aperto un panorama che non ha uguali.
D'inverno la struttura è proprio sulle piste del Plan De Corones, paradiso per gli sciatori.
Camera pulita, confortevole, arredata con estremo gusto, con una vetrata a piena parete che non ci ha fatto accendere la televisione neppure una volta, c'era troppo da guardare intorno, e con un profumo di cirmolo che non dimenticherò.
Colazione e cena ben oltre le 3 stelle della classificazione, con ottimi prodotti biologici e ricerca delle materie prime eccellente.
Presentazione dei piatti di elevata raffinatezza.
Musica in sottofondo durante i pasti molto piacevole, gruppo musicale il venerdì sera davvero notevole.
Staff al completo davvero cordiale e disponibile coordinato da Victor, persona speciale....
Perfetto per staccare dal rumore della città ed immergersi nella natura lasciandosi coccolare dalla gentilezza dello staff e dalla rilassatezza dell'ambiente.
Davvero da consigliare e io tornerò sicuramente.

Pros:

Struttura nuova e molto bella. Splendida la posizione soprattutto per chi scia poichè c'è l'accesso diretto alle piste.
Camera ampia e confortevole. Comoda ski room. Tutto il personale gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile.
Ottima e varia la qualità del cibo; la cena è preceduta dal buffet di verdure.

Cons:

Un suggerimento: Sia per il buffet delle verdure che per il buffet della colazione, gli alimenti finiti dovrebbero essere ripristinati. Chi arriva più tardi, sia a cena che a colazione, dovrebbe trovare lo stesso assortimento di chi arriva per primo.
Vedere il buffet con piatti "vuoti" o "semivuoti" non è consono al livello ed allo standard del vostro Hotel.
