Overall great, few small tweaks needed.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good clean facilities and good activities for kids.

Cons:

The half-Board option was misleading.
Breakfast was excellent, but the dinner is just ordering from the normal restaurant menu and you get a R600 Voucher for food only. It would be more economical to to book the Breakfast only option and just pay for my meals at the restaurant.

Also the bathroom light works on a motion sensor a.d switches off automatically after 10 seconds, then you have to move again! I don't mind the automatic light, but 10 seconds is ridiculous, you have to end up waving your hands every 10 seconds just to keep the light on to use the bathroom.

Nice place and lovely heated private pool
Pros:

The room is absolutely lovely. The staff are friendly, location perfect. Excellent for families. And they prepared the cot and everything for our baby perfectly

Cons:

They turn the private plunge pool off to save power , so it wasn’t heated when we wanted to use it and it took a while to heat up - which is a shame as you pay specifically for that room and that service.

The telephone in the room wasn’t connected so we had to walk over to the restaurant/reception all the time.

It is a bit close to the freeway so you hear cars, not a train smach but worth noting.

Pros:

Though the restaurant seems very formal, they cater amazingly to kids. Getting out chalk and entertaining them. Staff are super friendly. Kids love dthe stay, the staff and the easter egg hunt

Not what I expected
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

1. toilet system was disturbing during sleep
2. Shower was not draining water well
3. Our bed was not a queen bed but 2 3/4 beds combined, that was a turn off

The staff was friendly and kind. The reception staff was also friendly and assisted well.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Happy with the location didn't walk too much to get to the dining hall. Everything was organised.

Cons:

The shower drainage was not up to standard the water was coming out slow.
